Story

We estimate Mork was born in 2011, and Columbo in 2014. Columbo has pulmonary hypertension and chronic bronchitis and has chronic cough/wheezing. The next step medically is to try an inhaler (we have one on order). He is on sildenafil (and also Reconcile for mild anxiety). He was missing an eye at time of adoption. Mork requires a special diet to prevent crystals in his urine. He has funny deformed feet! He recently had a dental. They have lived with a variety of cats and other dogs, and both have spent time in doggy daycare. They never met a person they didn't like, and have been comfortable with the children they've met. They LOVE to cuddle with you under the blankets, and cuddle each other. If not carefully managed, they will urinate inside, so we have used baby gates, kennels, and belly bands to help prevent. They bark at mealtime, but are not reactive to doorbells or people. They just need a sweet retirement home! All records and a few months of supplies will be given.

She’s a petite pup with a gentle spirit and she definitely LOVES TO SNUGGLE! Jasmine absolutely adores her people. Cuddles, kisses, tail wags, and companionship are her specialties. She’s currently living with a group of other small dogs and gets along wonderfully with them. she is fairly high energy and her foster mom says she is smart as a whip!! Her friendly nature makes her an easy addition to a multi-dog home. Her foster mom says they better than any of her dogs and she would keep her in a nanosecond if she could. She's house trained, great in the crate but trustworthy free roam and good on leash! She is now ready for her new life! She is so loving, incredibly cute, energetic, and fun to be around. She is potty trained, is working on getting used to a leash, and she learns new things really quickly. She was very shy at first, but within a week is confident and coming out of her shell. She has the Chihuahua strut and thinks she can chase bunnies twice her size! Her crate is her safe haven, and she loves being in it when she is not zooming around the house. She is 2 years old, spayed, kennel and potty trained, knows her basic commands. Would do best in a home with no other dogs (has never been around cats) and no children (at least younger than 13 years old). She is a little nervous with new people but once she warms up she will be on your lap giving you kisses. She loves to snuggle and sleep under the blankets. Not food aggressive, very gentle when taking treats, grazes throughout the day. She loves to play with toys and go for walks, would love a very active new parent. She will give you the goofiest howl greeting when you come home or when she is waking up.
