Email:  ddrtxinfo@gmail.com                 Primary Website:  www.DDRTX.org Hi my name is Jackson Bailey and I am looking for my forever home.  I am only 2 years old and only weigh 11 pounds.  I used to be shy and I am still a little, but my foster mom has taught me that living life to the fullest is a whole lot more fun. My foster family has taught me how to make friends with my foster siblings.  I learned how to play with and how to be a pet. Foster mom has taught me that sleeping all night in my own little bed in my own little kennel is very calming. That’s my private space and is especially nice. I don’t cry or whine, I go right to sleep. I even eat in my kennel and have learned to wait politely and I take snacks gently. I really need a home of my very own and maybe it would be really nice if I had a friend to play with. I really enjoy the special attention the humans f=give me and all they have taught me.   Can you be my forever family?  I do know how to give hand kisses and foster mom says I’m the most gentle, quiet, polite little man she’s ever had.   Jackson is approximately two years old and full of life. He weighs about 11 pounds. He loves being outside and he loves all of his brothers and sisters.    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Email:  ddrtxinfo@gmail.com                 Primary Website:  www.DDRTX.org Strudel is an estimated 3 year old red female dachshund. She was found under a park bench during a recent cold snap.  Strudel is super sweet and good with humans. She does need a minute to warm up to new people but does warm up quickly.  Loves to cuddle and be loved on.  She is mostly potty trained as well if she gets to go out every couple of hours.  She does tinkle sometimes when she gets over excited to see you.  She is a good eater.  She has been been doing better with the foster dogs in her home. It was hard at first.  She was found with another dog but her foster Mom feels she would do best as an only dog or will need someone with time and patience with her an a dog in the same home.  She has really improved but still nee If you are thinking of adopting a pair, she was rescued with Beamer!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. She is a very sweet girl who loves any and all affection. She does well with dogs of different sizes and energy levels. We have learned that Brin needs the comfort another dog in the home, especially when you are gone. She is a bit scared of the dog door, we are working on getting over that but she hasn’t had any accidents in the house. She loves squeaky toys. Her left ear seems to be permanently sticking straight up which is very cute.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Email:  ddrtxinfo@gmail.com                 Primary Website:  www.DDRTX.org Layla is that teddy bear you wanted as a kid but never had. She is soft and very loveable. She also gives out love in spades. Layla has a healthy appetite as well as a trashy one, so make sure you keep that small trash can empty. The bonus if you do is, her kisses are the best and plentiful. If you have a ball, she’ll want it. Give it a toss to see her chase it and play. So joyful. She also enjoys walks, car rides, and all your attention. Layla gets along okay with most other dogs, at least the one smaller than her. She has seen a trainer for some prior issues, but those seem to be in the past. Layla would prefer to be an only dog in a home that doesn't have alot of traffic such as unknown guests. If it’s just you looking for a pal, she’s the one. So, what are you waiting for? Fill out that paperwork and give Layla that furever home Layla is a mix.  She weighs 22 pounds and is 6 years old.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.
