Good with kids, Good with dogs, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained,
Story
She’s a husky lab mix. She’s about 3 years old now. We were babysitting her for someone while they got back on their feet. It was supposed to just be for a very short time but has turned into way longer than anticipated with the original owner showing no interest in her back unfortunately. They are losing out. She’s a sweet dog. Unfortunately we live in an HOA and already had 2 dogs of our own when we took her in. Per HOA we are only allowed 2 dogs. We are attached to her so doing this is not easy. She needs and deserves a good home where she can run and play and get lots of attention. No putting her in a kennel for hours at a time! She needs a home where she can enjoy being herself. She’s energetic and also loves cuddles and being center of attention. She’s a beautiful girl. We want to know who is adopting her and the environment she’ll be in. We want to make sure where she goes is a good fit for her.

Story
This is Tilly (Chantilly), She is about a 2yo heeler mix. We adopted her from our local shelter in December, and she did well for about a month before we started having significant issues with one of our other dogs. She is very energetic and active, and would do well with someone who is very active (runner or cyclist) or who can otherwise give her a good outlet. Her best situation for now would probably be as an only dog, or with only dogs around her own age and size. I would recommend no other small animals or any reactive animals. Not sure about cats, since we dont have one, but she seems a bit too uncomfortably interested in our rabbit... Tilly is very gentle with treats, and overall great with humans, including kids. She will probably do better with older kids, because she does need ongoing training not to jump. We are working on calming techniques and general training.

Story
MisNomer, Nomie for short, was a year old in Feb. She is approx 32 lbs and is an absolute bundle of play. She’s moderately well behaved with a few challenge areas; we are working on learning to be quiet and on personal space. She is crate and house trained. She knows several commands such as here, sit, lay, leave it, down and we have been working on the hand motion for quiet. Ms Nomer needs plenty of play and lots of loving attention. A fenced yard with someone to play with daily would be most desired. She loves other dogs but can get excited about new people however she settles down quickly. She loves tug of war and fetch with a good strong toy but is happy to chase a reflection or laser just the same. Her current best friends are the neighbors husky and my 2 yr old grandson. She’s full of love and lots of energy. I unfortunately lack in the energy and health department but love her immensely and pray that the right family finds her.

Story
This is Coco! She is a 12 year old terrier mix (35 lbs) that we are needing to rehome. She is up to date on all her vaccines and fixed. Coco is slow to warm up to new people and she prefers females. Once she warms up to you, she is cuddly, playful and very protective. She knows how to sit, “paw”, and fetch. No rehoming fee and we would send her with a month of food until she gets adjusted to other food.

Story
We have a six month old golden retriever and we got Bear as a second dog and a playmate for our golden. She’s a sweet dog, but I think she’s better suited in a home where she’s the only dog. She can be territorial with our golden and snaps at him, but she’s fine with my fiancé and I. She knows how to use the doggy door as well.
