Story
Wesley along with his sister Buttercup were found wandering around as strays and picked up by the ACO and brought to Kensett Animal Shelter. Wesley is extremely affectionate and playful. He is extremely clever and can learn tricks easily. He is currently in a foster home where they have described him as equal parts energy and laid back. He loves to run in the yard and is very fast but also loves to be a cuddle buddy. He loves to sniff your face. He is also very good at destroying toys. He walks decent on the leash but can pull. He is house trained. When not playing with toys or running the yard Wesley is basically napping. He is a strong and muscular and wins tug every single time! He loves car rides. He does well with chickens and ignores them. He knows the word cookie and has been trained to sit on command. He is working on the shake command. He doesnt like loud noises. He is a gentle giant His adoption fee would cover his neuter surgery, vaccinations and microchip. Adoption fees are $150 if adopted in the states of Arkansas & Oklahoma Adoption fees are $500 if adopted in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Connecticut & New Jersey

Story
Snowflake’s life started rough when she wandered into someone's yard in Kensett and wouldnt leave, hoping to find a better life and humans who would love her. Since then she has been at Kensett Animal Shelter, patiently waiting for someone to pick her up. Snowflake really loves people and likes to lean in and snuggle every time she meets someone new. She has also been tested with kids (10-15 years of age) and has done great with them. She is still learning her manners on how to interact with other dogs and has some reactivity. She likes to play it rough and is very bullheaded and may come across a bit too overwhelming for other dogs. She is leash trained. She will highly benefit from someone who can take the time and patience to teach her some of the basic foundations to be a good dog as she is very food motivated. She is medium energy where she would love to just lay down on the couch for a while but would also enjoy a good fetch session She recently moved to a foster home to be safe from the winter freeze in Arkansas and we learnt that she is fine with chickens and does not like the snow. She does not seem to be cat aggressive on the leash and is potty and crate trained. She is 2 yrs, Pit mix and weighs 40 lbs. Her adoption fee will cover the cost of her spay surgery, vaccinations, microchip She is available for adoption in the states of Arkansas and Oklahoma

Story
Meet Superman He was named as such because he was strong and brave to survive on his own as a 3 month old kid and he is also really fast at wagging his body and tail which can sometimes make it difficult to take his pictures as you can see. He is a pit mix and great with dogs and humans. He weighs around 30 lbs right now so we do expect him to grow a bit big maybe around 50 lbs at adult weight.
