Story
Charlie girl is very sweet and loving and is almost 2 years old. I adopted her a year ago to help get her out of the small apartment she was living in with a young family. But I am 67 and have developed some health issues, and Charlie just has way too much energy for me to effectively handle. I’ve had dogs most of my adult life, and have always walked them on a daily basis, and, though she does walk pretty well on leash, she pulls a lot if she gets excited by another dog, a person or any wildlife, such as squirrels or deer, and my old body simply cannot take it anymore. My dream is that she can find a home with another younger dog or dogs to run and play with in a large fenced yard on a daily basis.

Maxx is a truly sweet and resilient boy who has come so far since being rescued from a challenging past. He's blossomed in our care and is now ready to find his forever home! Incredibly Sweet Nature Worth the Wait for a Deep Bond Social & Dog-Friendly Obedience Graduate While Maxx takes a little time to feel comfortable with new people, the reward is immeasurable: once he trusts you, he becomes incredibly affectionate and devoted. To celebrate his new beginning, Gizmo's Angels and generous community members have prepared a wonderful welcome basket for his forever family. Your adoption of Maxx includes a free FI tracking collar for peace of mind, and a complimentary 7-week basic obedience class at Campbell K9 University. Ready to give Maxx the loving home he deserves?

Story
Meet Charlie – A Loyal Companion Looking for His Forever Home Charlie is a 6-year-old Lab/Alaskan Malamute mix with a big heart and even bigger energy. He loves playing catch in the yard and thrives with space to run and explore. Charlie is used to being indoors and bonds closely with his humans. He needs an experienced dog owner who can provide structure, patience, and daily exercise. Due to his strong personality, Charlie must go to an adult-only home with no other pets and no children. He’s not for first-time owners—but if you know dogs and are looking for a loyal, playful companion, Charlie could be your perfect match. Ready to meet him? Charlie’s waiting.

Story
Nellie is a sweet 3year old terrier mix who loves everything from cross-country adventures to movie nights on the couch! She is a fantastic traveler and loves to participate in every activity her person may be doing. She is crate trained, house trained, leash trained, up to date on vaccines and spayed. She is good with cats, most other dogs, and kids as well. Nellie is a fantastic companion but a few factors have contributed to her rehoming: Owner's busy schedule and a changed living situation are the main reasons, however, she has a small conflict with one of my mom's dogs, who tends to be very confrontational. Nellie currently lives on a farm, and is good around most farm animals except for chickens or turkeys. This is another reason for rehoming, she has been known to attack and kill poultry when unsupervised, making her an unideal fit for farm life. She really would be a fantastic companion for an older couple living in town or an adventurous owner looking for a great travel buddy!
