Story
Denji1 year, neutered male, 10 lbPomchi (best guess) PERSONALITY TRAITS: Denji is silly and playful and likes to run and have zoomies with a buddy dog. He is a bit shy when he meets new people and takes a little time to trust. He is treat motivated, which helps him decide who the good people are. LIKES: Running, playing, making up silly games, standing on top of things like a goat, treats, snuggling with his friends. DISLIKES: Fast movements by strangers, grouchy dogs who don't appreciate his silliness POTTY TRAINING STATUS: Goes outside on a regular schedule, and has had no accidents inside his foster home. CRATE TRAINING STATUS: Crate trained, readily goes in and out on command. EXTRAS/MISC.: Denji would really benefit from having the company of another playful dog to help him adjust to his new life and give him someone to gain some confidence from. His leash skills are also very new to him, so he will need a fenced yard to allow him to potty while he's working on them. To further inquire about DENJI, submit an application. Tell us about yourself, family, other pets, and how DENJI will mesh with your lifestyle. Qualifying applicants will be contacted by our Adoption Coordinator with next steps and an opportunity to set up a Meet & Greet. Our process is NOT a “first come, first served” process. Story
Toriel 2 years, spayed female. 16 lb Terrier mix Toriel is a special case. She's one of the dogs that remind us why we do what we do. She arrived at a shelter with babies just days old. Her owner, an unhoused person, understood that he could not care for her and her babies - so he did what he thought was the best thing for this family and surrendered all of them. Stressed by losing her person and having babies to care for, she became very protective and was labeled with "maternal aggression" which is often a death sentence for the mother and the babies in an already overcrowded shelter. The shelter put out an SOS call, and Wiggly Tails answered. While the early weeks were rough, one of our veteran fosters did not give up on Toriel. As the five puppies started to become more independent and wean, Toriel relaxed, began to trust humans again, and basically did a complete 180° in personality. She is now fixed and ready for the next and hopefully final chapter in her forever home. Toriel is athletic, affectionate, and silly in her foster home. She loves zoomies and parkour, and will play with any dog that will reciprocate. She will give occasional notice to any house visitors, but she is not a barky dog. Most of all, she is super sweet and so full of joyful love. Toriel is house-trained, leash-trained, crate-trained, and loves to go places in the car with her people. She is friendly towards people of all ages, other dogs, and cats. To further inquire about TORIEL, submit an application. https://www.wigglytails.org/adoption-application Tell us about yourself, family, other pets, and how TORIEL will mesh with your lifestyle. Story
Meet Jesseie! 🐾 Jesseie is a scruffy little sweetheart estimated to be around five years old, and she’s a charming Yorkshire Terrier mix with a whole lot of love to give. She’s currently living in a foster home with kids, dogs, and cats—and she gets along wonderfully with everyone she meets. Jesseie is the definition of a perfect lapdog. She loves attention, cuddles, and being close to her people, whether that means curling up on the couch or following you from room to room. She’s gentle, affectionate, and happiest when she’s soaking up love. She would thrive in a home with other animals and a family, but she’d be just as happy as your one-and-only best friend. If you’re looking for a loyal, cuddly companion who fits right in, Jesseie might be the perfect match for you. 💕 Application: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/692cad3ba8718f17250f765a We facilitate adoptions across the US through our own internal transport to ensure the quality of care. We travel to WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT and Canada (Canadian adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA  or Brattleboro, VT for the eastern Canadian border)! Our pups travel in comfort with 24/7 care on our USDA licensed vehicles, including buses and cargo vans. You can join along on our private Facebook event page to follow their adventure, connecting you with other adopters and providing updates throughout their transport journey!   You will get to meet your new pup over a video call before signing paperwork, creating a fun and personalized adoption experience!    The adoption fee is $1,600 and includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and priceless years of love and loyal companionship!    We have over 15,000 successful adoptions so far and have excellent Google Reviews: https://g.co/kgs/UQ5Pyai We care deeply about making the perfect match between dog and family for long term success.    Our rescue has a 2 acre property in Texas where we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group trainings and socialization play groups to keep dogs adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers support the positive growth of our dogs and we enjoy seeing their progress!    Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. We've received glowing feedback from veterinarians who commend our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal in our care with treatments that often go above and beyond.   Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet.    The rescue’s hard costs alone (excluding transport) for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,368. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the adoption fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. Transport is a significant additional expense to the rescue.  While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that the rescue does not receive government funding and must fundraise to offset the remaining expense balance which ranges $100-1,000++ per animal on these direct costs.   It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these SPECIAL PERKS:   Extensive behavioral testing and information from trainers on our staff to ensure the perfect fit for your family  Discounts on Embark DNA test kit- $30 off of Breed ID test & $50 off of Breed ID plus Health test 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion A free private online dog training session with GoodPup, plus low pricing for future sessions  70% off of your first order of Fetch, a delicious PNW based fresh dog meatballs subscription Coupons for a fun visit to Petco 20% off of Dr. Cuddles pet first aid and hygiene solutions Discounted heartworm, flea prevention, and monthly dewormer  Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup!   Did you know that the Greater Houston area faces some of the highest stray and overpopulation rates in the nation? We are a non profit charity. Our goal is simple— to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and by rescuing animals from the streets or overcrowded shelters where euthanasia due to lack of space is often the only option. The dog you've found online is not only lucky to be in our program, but also incredibly fortunate to have caught your eye. Thank you for considering adoption and for joining us in our mission!   Follow our rescue journey and connect with us on our website and social media platforms. Together, we can make a difference, one adoption at a time.   https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https:// www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue   Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life? APPLY TODAY and become a hero for pets in need!   *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport.   DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results were provided at intake.   Texas local adoption! All adoptions within Texas must be picked up from Friendswood, Tx.

Story
A living cartoon, a pocket-sized piglet in disguise, and the CEO of Squish. With her crooked piggy tail, wildly expressive face so cute and squishy it should come with a warning label, and full body waddle, Lenora Snortlebelle can make you laugh just be existing. Seriously, though! She'll sit down like a baked potato with opinions, snort at absolutely nothing, and look at you like you're the weird one or to make sure you're watching to see the next cute thing she does. Let's be honest, everything she does is stinking adorable. Even the way the breathes LOL. She snorts. Constantly. Joyfully and with a little sass behind each snort. Every step is a snuffle. Every nap is a symphony of tiny oinks. Lenora is equal parts living stuffed animal and animated cartoon. She's adorable. She's hilariously extra. She's main character energy. Watch her video and find yourself in love within 30 seconds of watching: https://youtu.be/e6JPKSlwBtQ?si=16oYh-n1KKHI7JPR Lenora Snortlebelle is a pittie mix approximately 3 years old, currently weighs 42lbs, and has the most adorable heart shaped spot on her side! She is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it's always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. You can probably already guess what our favorite thing about her is LOL if it's not already obvious *oink oink.* But that's just the tip of the iceberg and merely a small preview of all her other amazing qualities. Her personality is absolutely hilarious, filled with so much sass and animation. The type of personality that your friends and family are going to be coming over specifically to see Lenora. She's going to be the main topic of every conversation, the cutest entertainment during social hour, and the reason why you're going to need to buy more storage for your phone LOL. Your photo album is going to be overrun by Lenora cuteness. She's a total social butterfly that brings main character energy everywhere she goes and in the bets way. Lenora is very dog friendly and is even used as an assessment dog from time to time. She's so funny because when she is meeting a new dog or joining a playgroup she will come hopping around like a bunny and making piggy snorts all in the same moment. It's the cutest thing. She's not super playful with other dogs, is more of a happy, to be there do her own thing hangout type of girly or she's off getting spoiled with affection from people. When Lenora does play, she has a gentle bouncy play style that doesn't get too physical or rowdy. In a home, she would be best placed with a dog that enjoys the company of another dog, is happy to hangout and sunbathe together, and has a similar play style. If you don't have other dogs, that's totally fine too! Lenora does not need the company of another dog to help her feel comfortable or to fulfill her energy needs. That social butterfly main character energy comes naturally to her and she has a perfectly balanced energy that can match whatever you need from her. Lenora would thrive in a home with a back yard where she can practice her mini zooms, sunbathe during those beautiful summer days, and explore all the smells. She also has the potential of thriving in an apartment/condo setting as well with the proper exercise and socialization. She doesn’t need much but a long walk to the park or even in home mental stimulation puzzles. In all honesty, she'll tire her self out by just wiggling around and activating her pretzel mode or engaging in a light hearted mouthy game with your hand. Lenora is good about entertaining herself and will happily keep her self busy a stuffy toy or judging your art work through out the house LOL. We can see her being your lazy Sunday snuggly piggy princess and also your Saturday morning adventure gal. She has all of the makings of being able to do both. Lenora is the best of both worlds in our eyes. We are willing to test Lenora with anything you need us to ensure it's a perfect match. We can make anything happen! Just let us know.
