Story
Meet Jellybean! At around 4 years old, Jellybean is believed to be a compact bully breed mix—maybe a little Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bulldog, or Frenchie mixed in—but whatever her DNA says, it definitely got the assignment right. She is the perfect pint-sized companion wrapped up in the cutest little package. Don’t let her pictures fool you into thinking she’s bigger than she is. Jellybean is a tiny little lap dog who barely takes up half a couch cushion. She’s basically all adorable oversized head, expressive eyes, and the happiest smile you’ve ever seen. Her shiny black coat, tiny white accents, perky little ears, and permanently joyful face make her look like a real-life cartoon character. Everywhere she goes, people can’t help but smile back at her. Watch Jellybean’s video here! https://youtu.be/AphBe9DaP4w?si=jfF7j4puZE4RviU6 Jellybean’s favorite place in the world is right next to her people. She is incredibly affectionate and loves leaning her whole little body against you for cuddles and pets. If you’re sitting down, don’t be surprised if she decides your lap belongs to her now. She’s the definition of a Velcro companion and soaks up every ounce of love you have to give. And then there’s her signature move… Scratch her booty, and she’ll instantly melt into the funniest little squat you’ve ever seen. She freezes completely, wearing the biggest grin, as if she’s trying to make sure you never stop. It’s one of those little quirks that’s impossible not to laugh at, and it’s guaranteed to become your favorite part of the day. When she’s not collecting booty scratches, Jellybean is usually carrying around one of her beloved toys. Stuffies? Yes. Balls? Absolutely. Chew toys? Even better. She adores playing fetch and is always ready for another toss across the room. When playtime is over, she’s perfectly content bringing her favorite toy onto the couch and happily chewing away while keeping you company. She’s also incredibly treat motivated, which makes training lots of fun. Her favorite party trick is catching treats right out of the air like a tiny professional. She already knows “sit,” is crate trained, and is continuing to work on her leash manners. She can pull a bit at first because she’s so excited to explore the world, but once she gets those first excited sniffs out of the way, she settles into a much nicer walk. Jellybean is one of those dogs who makes everyday life feel a little happier. She’s goofy, cuddly, playful, endlessly lovable, and perfectly lap-sized. Whether you’re playing fetch, sharing the couch, or simply scratching that adorable little booty, she’s happiest just being with her favorite people. If you’re looking for a best friend with a giant personality packed into one tiny, adorable body, Jellybean is ready to steal your heart. Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life? Meet Aspen! If you’ve ever wished for a dog who wakes up every morning convinced it’s the best day ever, you’ve found him. This big, handsome Lab/Pit mix (our best guess!) is around two years old and has the sweetest black-and-white coat, soulful brown eyes, and an adorable spotted nose that’s impossible not to boop. Aspen is one of those dogs who loves with his whole heart. He doesn’t just greet you—he launches into full-body wiggles, leans against you like you’re his favorite person in the world, and happily covers you in kisses if you’ll let him. Despite being a big guy, he’s absolutely convinced he’s lap dog sized, and honestly… who’s going to tell him otherwise? Watch Aspen in action in his video! https://youtu.be/5VLhrrYVzdM?si=AQGooSWwunBNO0aq He’s the definition of a happy-go-lucky, goofy sweetheart. Whether he’s splashing through the water, bouncing around with his dog friends, or tagging along on a hike, Aspen approaches life with endless enthusiasm. If your dream dog is one who’s always ready for the next adventure and then equally excited to snuggle up afterward, Aspen checks every box. Aspen absolutely adores other dogs and has never met one he didn’t want to be friends with. His play style is rough, rowdy, and full of joyful wrestling matches, so he’d do best with dogs over about 25-30 pounds who enjoy that same kind of play. He’s still working on understanding when another dog is ready to take a break, so a confident canine buddy who can communicate clear boundaries would be a wonderful match. He could also thrive as your one-and-only if he gets plenty of exercise, enrichment, and quality time with his people. Because Aspen is such a big, enthusiastic guy, we’re looking for a home without cats. It’s not that he wants to be unkind—he simply sees them as potential playmates and doesn’t quite realize how much bigger he is. For the same reason, we’d recommend older kids or teenagers who won’t be knocked over by his happy greetings while he continues polishing his manners. Aspen rides wonderfully in the car, enjoys being out exploring, and loves the water, making him the perfect companion for hiking trails, lake days, camping trips, or weekend adventures. He’s happiest when he’s included in whatever you’re doing, and after he’s had a chance to burn off some energy, he’s more than ready to curl up beside you for some well-earned cuddles. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend who’s equal parts adventure partner, oversized cuddle bug, and lovable goofball, Aspen is ready to steal your heart—and probably your spot on the couch, too. Story
Meet Ginger! If you’ve ever dreamed of having a tiny best friend who believes personal space is completely overrated, Ginger has been waiting to meet you. At around two years old and just 18 perfectly portable pounds, Ginger is the definition of lap-sized perfection. We believe she may be a French Bulldog/Pug mix, and honestly, she looks like she walked straight out of a designer dog boutique. With her adorable little face, expressive eyes, and compact build, she’s the kind of pup who somehow manages to look cute from every angle. Add a fun sweater or a frilly dress, and she’ll happily embrace her role as your tiny diva. Watch Ginger’s video here! https://youtu.be/fUVEUk5MyR4?si=7rBvD9E34WCi0JaV But as adorable as she is, Ginger’s very favorite accessory is you.Her foster describes her as a complete shadow. If you’re making coffee, she’s right behind you. Folding laundry? Ginger’s supervising. Relaxing on the couch? She’s already curled up in your lap before you can get comfortable. She simply loves being with her people and wants nothing more than to spend her days soaking up affection, handing out sweet little kisses, and reminding you that you never have to do life alone. She is an Olympic-level cuddler and firmly believes every lap was made specifically for her. When she’s not busy snuggling, Ginger is happily accepting treats—which, by the way, are one of her greatest loves in life. This little girl never says no to a snack and is wonderfully treat motivated, making continued training both easy and fun. Ginger is living in a loving foster home where she’s proven herself to be an absolute sweetheart. She’s crate trained, potty trained, confidently uses a doggy door, and has wonderful house manners. She’s been sweet and polite with kiddos and truly enjoys being part of the family. She’s also happy to entertain herself with a favorite bone or toy and occasionally gets a case of the zoomies that will have you laughing. After a quick burst of play, though, she’s right back to finding the nearest lap for another cuddle session. Ginger would love a home with a backyard where she can sniff, explore, and stretch those little legs, but she’d also do wonderfully in an apartment as long as she’s included in daily sniffy walks and adventures. Her biggest requirement isn’t a certain type of home—it’s simply being with people who adore having a loyal little companion by their side. Ginger has not yet been introduced to other dogs, but we’d be happy to dog test her for any potential adopter. She has been around cats and thinks chasing them sounds like much more fun than peacefully coexisting, so a cat-free home will be the best fit for this little lady. If your idea of the perfect day includes a tiny cuddle bug following you from room to room, warming your lap during movie nights, and making every ordinary moment just a little sweeter, Ginger is ready to become your newest shadow. She’s equal parts snuggly, silly, and absolutely irresistible—and she’s ready to spoil her forever family with all the love her little heart can hold. Story
A tennis ball enthusiast trapped inside the body of a tiny retired gentleman. That is Glover! Glover is estimated to be around 8 years old, weighs 16 lbs, and looks very much like a Miniature Pinscher/Rat Terrier mix, though rescue rules apply and breed and age are simply our best guess. What we know for certain is that Glover has mastered the art of being easy company. He is the kind of dog who settles in quickly, makes himself at home almost immediately, and seems perfectly content just being part of whatever you're doing. Go watch Glover | Tiny Toy Collector and Professional Sidekick on YouTube, then come right back to read more about this sweet little gentleman. https://youtu.be/8MmW1UBuEAA Glover is currently being fostered in a loving home, and his foster shared that one of his favorite things in the world is toys. Not only does he love collecting them, he also enjoys a good game of fetch. For a dog who is otherwise fairly low energy, he still has a playful little spark that comes alive when toys are involved. His foster also shared that he gets along wonderfully with their dog, is naturally curious, and has a way of making himself comfortable in new spaces almost right away. That confidence showed up just the same when we initially met him. Glover handled new people, new dogs, new environments, and all the usual hustle and bustle with an easygoing attitude. He greeted everyone politely, shared affection and toys nicely with other dogs, and patiently waited his turn for treats. While many dogs his age might hesitate in unfamiliar surroundings, Glover simply wandered around, checked everything out, and carried on with his day. One thing worth noting is that Glover appears to have some age-related changes to his hearing and eyesight. The funny thing is that he seems completely unbothered by it. He confidently marches through new spaces, navigates furniture without concern, and happily introduces himself to new people and dogs. There is something genuinely charming about the way he approaches life with a quiet, confident "I've got this" attitude. Glover is wonderfully gentle and has an impressive tolerance for handling. The only thing he really seems to object to is being picked up. He much prefers keeping all four paws on the ground and making his own decisions about where he'd like to go. Fair enough, Glover. When it comes to other animals, Glover has excellent manners. He did well with large dogs, small dogs, and even cats, though we think any feline roommates should be calm, dog-savvy cats who appreciate a respectful housemate. He is not looking for a wrestling partner or a zoomie buddy. His ideal companions are the type who understand the value of a good nap and some personal space. His foster describes him as incredibly low maintenance. After a little exploring, he is perfectly happy to find a comfortable spot and relax. Apartment living would suit him just fine, but honestly, Glover is adaptable enough to thrive in many different types of homes. What seems most important to him is having a person nearby, a few toys and a peaceful place to call his own. If your idea of a perfect companion is a sweet senior with good manners, a collection of favorite toys, and a calm presence that makes every day a little easier, Glover is exactly who you've been looking for.
