Story
Maya is a smart, affectionate, and energetic dog. She is in need of a very active/working home! She experienced abuse and neglect at various points through the 6 different homes in her first 4 months. She’s estimated a little over a year now. She was underweight and we were told she was up on immunizations. After 2 days with us, she became lethargic and sick which the vet confirmed as parvo. After 3 days of vet monitoring, she came home and has been herself ever since. She can be vocal and mouthy when she gets playful, which I hear can be common for breed. I haven’t been able to manage her energy well because of a back injury. She loves walks and jumping for toys. She can become destructive without toys to focus on when she feels lonely or nervous. She is at ease with a chew toy and when with her humans. Maya is so smart and has caught on to most training quickly. She was still in her puppy stage and could be defiant, but she has got better overall. I wanted to be her forever home.

Story
Lucky is almost 9 and super playful! He is very high energy and would do well with older kiddos, young couple or an older active couple. He loves to play and be the center of attention. He knows all basic commands, but does sometimes struggle with the follow through. He has a “squirrel” mentality. He loves to go on walks and hikes. He loves to be free and does pull on a leash. We are having to rehome our 2 labs as our young boys are having allergic reactions and breathing difficulties with them. We are heartbroken and are really hoping to find the right home for these forever members of our family. They are our first “babies.”

Story
Journey is 8 years old and is the sweetest girl. She loves to be a little shadow and is beyond loyal and loving. She is amazing with kids. We say she’s a girl’s girl. She follows basic commands and loves to just chill. She loves walks, hikes and fetch! Journey is one of a kind. Our family is having to rehome both of our labs due to our young sons being allergic. They are experiencing breathing difficulties and skin reactions. This is heartbreaking for our family and we are hoping to find the perfect fit for our sweet Journey and Lucky.

Story
His name is Pluto. I’ve been his only owner. Pluto is 6 years old. He is a true beagle with the loud beagle bark and howling from time to time. He is the sweetest cuddle buddy and loves to be snug under the covers. He enjoys exploring outside and sun bathing. He does have some temper tantrum when you try to pick him up to quickly. He doesn’t really like to be picked up at all but if you take it slow, he allows it. We did have a few issues at the dog park when he felt over whelmed by to many dogs around him, but just growling and letting them know he didn’t like being crowded. It breaks my heard to have to rehome Pluto. I will not let him go unless I find the right people for him. He needs a forever home, and someone that will let him snuggle and sleep in the bed with them. He needs a patient person that won’t just give up on him if he has a bad day.

Story
This is Milo and Max and they are a bonded pair. We need them to be adopted together and will only allow them to be adopted together. They love each other so much and are the best of friends (as you can see in the last photo). They love to play fetch with a tennis ball in the backyard and love to cuddle and snuggle. They are the most loving dogs you will ever meet. They love to jump, lick and bark at new people and get VERY excited to meet new people. We are VERY sad that we have to re-home our first babies, but Milo our lab has become aggressive towards our 2 year old son. He has NEVER bitten anyone ever and honestly is the sweetest boy but he just doesn't do well with small kiddos. They would both do best in a home where they get lots of love and exercise and get your undivided attention. We will include all of their things, like dog beds, food bowls, treats and food. We can't wait to meet you.
