Story
I rescued him from an acquaintance who started to have mental health issues and was going to shoot him. My house is under renovations so I dont have the time or funds to properly take care of him. I think he is either two or three years old. He is fearful around strangers and will growl at them. He has bitten one person as far as I know. He seems quite clingy and loves attention. I am not sure the extent of his training. He knows how to sit and he responds to his name but he flinches a lot when he thinks he is in trouble. He has not gone after our chickens or dwarf goats and seems amicable to cats. He does not mind being around babys but is weary of toddlers. I have not had him very long but the most I have seen him do is growl at them.

Story
Milo is a five-year-old mini Australian Shepherd with a lot of love to give. His family situation has changed, which is why he’s looking for a new home. This boy is affectionate, quirky, adventurous, playful, and so intelligent. Milo’s favorite things include snuggles, wrestling, hiking, splooting, and being with his people. He’s incredibly loyal, which can lead to him being protective in stressful situations. With regular exercise and consistency, he is a relaxed and well-behaved pup. Milo walks on leash without pulling and stays next to you when off-leash. Milo prefers being the only fur child in the home (he loves attention). He also communicates when he needs a break. We want to find a new home for Milo where he can be active, adventurous, and loved for the amazing boy that he is. We can’t wait to tell you more about him!

Story
Milo is a really good dog, we sadly just have such a busy schedule we feel that he is not being taken care of as well as he deserves. He is kind, goofy, wants to play and go for walks, loves people, and really just needs more attention and love that we are not home for. He is SO good with kids, crate trained, house trained with doggy door, and loves his walks and playing with the family. He is four years old and deserves to have a family that can spend more time with him.
