Story
I rescued Henry at five weeks old. He is a loving cat, but doesn’t get along with my senior cat and is going crazy in my little apartment. He has lots of energy and spunk. He would thrive in a larger home with no other pets or children. While Henry is very loving, he can be touch sensitive and get mouthy if it’s not on his terms. Henry is a typical young cat with lots of energy to play and goof around. He loves climbing too! He loves to cuddle up on your lap or in bed at night, and he has the loudest purr so you’ll know when he’s happy! Henry has a neuter appointment on February 4th that I will pay for!

Story
Need something new in your life to brighten up the short and dreary winter days? May we suggest this charming and handsome pair of feline buddies? Nick and Norman are brothers, or maybe cousins—they came to us as part of a large extended family including multiple moms and aunties, so we aren’t sure of their exact relationship, but they have always been together and the bromance is serious. Norman has excellent social skills in addition to his stunning swirly orange coat. He has never met a person, cat, or dog he doesn’t like. Actually, Norman has only met one dog (that we know of) and that’s the respectful, mellow dog at his foster home. He likes to get up close and personal with his people—he is literally an in-your-face kind of guy. Nick is more reserved, but watches and learns from Norman, and is very affectionate once he knows nobody is going to manhandle him without permission. He has a very lush tabby coat with white trim, and an absolute plume of a tail. This duo love playing with all kinds of toys, including lots of “rassle and chase” games. When their batteries run down, they appreciate a window perch with a nice view of the interesting activities going on outdoors, where they can rest and recharge. Nick and Norman are about nine months old. They have been neutered and microchipped, they tested negative for FeLV and FIV, and are up to date on vaccines. The adoption fee is $150 for a pair. If you are interested in meeting Nick and Norman, please fill out the adoption interest form at our website (www.pdx-petadoption.org) and our adoption coordinator will respond promptly. Please note that we place cats in the following counties only: Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas and Clark. Animal Rescue & Care Fund is a small rescue organization. We rescue homeless animals only, and do not accept owner-surrendered pets. All our animals live with volunteers in their homes until they are matched with the right permanent family. Thank you for considering one of our pets for adoption.

Story
Meet Paco! 🧡🐾 Paco is a cute orange and white tabby kitten with a tender heart and a curious nature. He might be a little reserved at first, but once he feels comfortable, he blossoms into a playful, affectionate, and even talkative little guy. Paco has experience living with his sibling and would do well in a home with other friendly cats. He’s also perfectly happy to be the center of attention in a quieter home with one person or a small family—as long as there’s patience and love to help him settle in. This sweet boy is fully potty trained and ready to find his forever home where he can grow, explore, and cuddle up in a sunny spot (or your lap). Think Paco might be your new best friend? 🧡 Application: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/688536cb6ae5cbcd550725e3 Questions? Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.facebook.com/ThreeLittlePittiesRescueSavingKitties/ https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $87 surcharge for transport. Hi, I'm the regal and dignified Leonard! I'm a fluffy friendly muffin maker. I love to play when I'm in the mood! I was previously hit by a car some years ago but I'm fully recovered. I'm a very sweet gentleman!I'm very chill and I even tolerate belly rubs! I love to jump up high and look out windows. I'm pretty low maintenance and would love to share your home. I've been looking for my person who will commit to me for life for a long time.I'm in a foster home so if you would like to meet me please fill out an adoption application at www.animalaidpdx.org.My estimated birthdate is 2/7/2020.

Story
This is Jayde & she is 2 years old. I just got her fixed 1/14/26, not too long ago. I want to find her a loving home preferably without any kids or other pets. I’m not sure how she will do with dogs or kids. She has some behavioral issues such as, hissing and swatting at my other cats for no reason, she doesn’t really let me pick her up , brush her or anything. Shes very sketchy. Shes very vocal when you talk to her. She loves the attention but is hesitant with it. She doesn’t play with any cat toys. I really would love for someone that has experience with cats like her to be able to help her if possible. I’ve waited it out to see if things would change but I personally don’t have money to help her (vet).
