Story
. Someone had abandoned him under my porch at 6 wks old and i have had him for 9 years. We became very attached to each other, Midnight is a super cuddly cat and will choose his "person"and it makes me sad that I have now in my 60's developed a allergic reaction to him when I am around him. He is mostly an indoor cat and does occasionally wander outside, oming back in for the night. Another sad reason is that we will be moving out of the area on 7/19 and cannot take him with us due to my sensitivity. Whoever he has as his " person" will have a loving cat that will make them his world.

Story
Hi, I'm the petite gentleman Skye! I have the cutest little ears. I'm a ball of fluffy love.I'm an especially sweet guy with some special needs. I have seizures sometimes which are quite scary for me and anyone watching. When I have a seizure I might fall off my cat tree and (rarely) I lose control of my bladder. I'm on medication for the seizures which is working well. My seizures are more under control that when I first came here and I have them about once a month now. The seizures last about 30 seconds to a minute and there isn't much to be done except make sure I don't fall off something. I also have a history of having urinary crystals so I need to stay on a prescription urinary food for life. That prevents the crystals from forming. I also have a sensitive stomach so there is one type of food that helps both the crystals and my tummy issues.I like to greet people and will give a little head boop to your leg when I am looking for attention. I'm quite mellow as my medication makes me a little sedate to prevent seizures. However, I've recently taught myself how to use a cat wheel (see video below)! The people here were amazed that the most mellow cat in the shelter figured out how to use it.Likes: I love to be social with people. I also love to play! I'm a mellow boy who just loves love.Dislikes: I might be able to hang out with with other cats but I have tried to bully one cat in the shelter before and I've been bullied by some others. A very mellow small dog might be ok but in general I don't like dogs.Looking For: An adopter who is willing to work with my seizures and other special needs. My estimated birthdate is 4/21/2021.

Hi, I'm the regal and dignified Leonard! I'm a fluffy friendly muffin maker. I love to play when I'm in the mood! I was previously hit by a car some years ago but I'm fully recovered. I have seasonal and food allergies so I need to eat a prescription food. I might be ok with another cat but I am on a strict diet of a prescription food.I'm very chill and I even tolerate belly rubs! I love to jump up high and look out windows. I'm in a foster home so if you would like to meet me please fill out an adoption application at www.animalaidpdx.org.My estimated birthdate is 2/7/2020.

Story
Hi! I'm Lucky! I'm a very talkative and social boy. I'm a friendly guy who loves to sit in a lap and get pets. Sometimes I can get overstimulated and may nip so I need a cat savvy home with no small kids. I'm getting better at not biting though! I don't seem to mind other cats and just ignore them like they invisible sometimes.I was found by a kind person with a severely injured tail. I recently had most of my tail amputated. It looks like my tail may have been run over by a car.My estimated birthdate is 5/1/2019.

Story
Howdy, I'm Banjo! I'm a scruffy looking tomcat who is getting cleaned up more and more each day. I was abandoned outside the county shelter and it took them some months before they were able to trap me. I'm a very affectionate cat and I love to give headbutts. I also adore brushing. My fur was very rough and dirty but I'm getting gussied up and I love having all the food I can eat here. I have big tom cat cheeks since I was just neutered in June. I do just fine with other cats and might tolerate a gentle dog. I had a dental to fix some cracked teeth and had some ear infections taken care of so I'm feeling great. My estimated birthdate is 6/1/2019.
