Story
SAMMIE IS IN HIS FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO CT ONCE HE IS ADOPTED!    "Hey there, I'm Sammie! I am a social butterfly who loves every dog I meet and really hope my future home has other pups to play with! In my foster home, my favorite times are snuggle time, playtime, and dinner time! I'm a pro at cleaning my plate. I am a bit curious about the resident kitty in my foster home, but I promise I've never been anything but polite! I'm well versed in 'sit' and adore a game of fetch. Give me a backyard, and I'll run myself into nap time. I've made many furry and human friends in my foster home, and they all seem to think I'm great! I'm working on mastering the leash and to not bark, but I am getting into the crate when asked! If you have a couch and endless love to give, I'm ready to be yours!" He is 4 years old and 65 lbs. He is fully vetted including neuter, microchip, and all shots including rabies shot. His adoption fee of $600 includes the transport to CT. We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring Sammie up north after he is adopted.     To apply to adopt Sammie, go here:  http://www.newbeginningsanimalrescue.net .    Any questions, email us at newbeginnings_animalrescue@yahoo.com .     THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING ADOPTING A RESCUED PET!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 22, 2025, 5:08 pm

Story
You won't find a more handsome, intelligent or silly boy than Sidney. He is about 3.5 years old and weighs 84 lbs. Sidney is a very intelligent fellow, he learns quicky and is anxious to please. He will do well with a job and/or a lot of stimulation, long walks and hikes. He will do well with an experienced dog person. Sidney loves meeting new people. He has done well with large dogs he has met, however he is would not be good with small dogs or cats. Sidney does show some barrier reactivity, however, when the barrier is removed (whether it is a crate, fence or car window) he shows absolutely no issues. Because Sidney likes a lot of activity, he will need a securely fenced yard (must be a physical fence, not an electric or invisible system) He is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped and on monthly treatment for flea/ticks and heartworm prevention Sidney is currently located in the Middle TN area but transport is included in the adoption fee for approved adopter If you are interested in Sidney, email rookiesrescue@yahoo.com for an application

His mom is a German Shepherd, and his dad is a roaming rebel rouser who skipped town and isn’t paying child support — but Toffee clearly inherited the best traits. Why Toffee is pure perfection: • Big paws made for running, exploring, and growing into • Adventurous and curious, always checking out the world • Will happily come find you afterward to demand snuggles • Sweet, loving, and full of irresistible puppy charm Toffee is the perfect mix of bold explorer and cuddlebug, ready for playful zoomies, new adventures, and cozy naps right by your side. Story
Draco came as an owner surrender due to not having the experience with the breed. Draco is a 1 yr old shepherd true to the breed. He would do best with an active family with breed experience. Draco needs all basic and extensive training he did not receive as a puppy. He LOVES people and is very affectionate. He is extremely vocal - especially when meeting other dogs - but does well with other calm docile medium/large dogs. Preference to fenced in yard If you're interested, please fill out an application on our website. www.naugatuckanimalcontrol.com
