Before coming to us, ,Shay's whole life may have been about making babies. She has skin issues and we are working with the vets to determine if it is a food allergy. She is on medication and feeling better already. She has pressure sores on her elbows and It is very clear that her nutrition was not a top priority but it sure is now! Shay is looking for that very special person or family who will make her the priority she will make them. Because of the skin infection(s), she has not yet been vaccinated as we are not sure it will be safe at this time. We don't believe she is spayed and that will be done when safe for her. She does pull pretty hard on the leash when walking but is very food motivated and is constantly looking for more. She is super sweet and affectionate and deserving of a new more loving life that we will be sure she has. Her adoption fee is $120.00 cash only please and when safe for her, she will be spayed. We do not know about other dogs cats or kids BUT we are very willing to learn with you.

"Shepard is about 7 months old pending euth. We will not pull without Scotty. Please contact us on status." About Group: We are a foster-based organization located in Willoughby, OH who focuses on pulling animals pending euthanization all over the US including Ohio. If you are seeing this kind of post, it is because this dog is running out of time and we are seeking to save this life. However, we can't do it without a safe home. This dog is currently at a pound in South Carolina, North Augusta. They only have about 17 runs and dogs have about 1 month upon arrival before being put down. About Dog: Not much is known about the dog. "Shepard" is energetic and playful. We reccomend someone experienced with the breed. How We Operate: We have been working with FONAA - Friends of North Augusta and Bully4You Rescue to pull dogs in SC for over 6 months. Since that time, we have established a method and trust. Toni from Bully4You helps network these dogs to get them exposure, gives them initial boosters, and tries to learn a bit about them. Stephanie and other staff at FONAA, get them to veterinarian clinics, finish off vaccines, provide temporary fosters, and have volunteers take them for adventures when able. It is a full hands on team to save lives. We have helped the North Augusta Pound remain no kill for the past 3 months. When you place a foster/volunteer or adoption application, we begin the review process. Once ready, we will be either waiting until another foster steps up for a second dog or be planning transport within the next week or two. Transport is handle either by volunteers completing legs or the Director will make the trip herself on a weekend. We can drop-off your pet either that night or in the next few days. We have had drop offs at 2am, so be prepared. How You Can Help: Offer to assist with transport if volunteer legs are being used. Donate to FONAA, make a pledge through Bully4You to donate when the dog is pulled, or donate to Coming Back Home Rescue. Provide temporary placement until a long term foster can be found or until arrangements can be made. This allows us to pull the dog regardless. Share and spread word about the listed animal. IMPORTANT: Please understand we try to keep these updates frequently, multiple times a day even. However, these dogs can be adopted locally or rescued by another organization at any point
