Story
Meet Bayou Bayou is a stunning Shepherd/Husky/Australian Shepherd mix who will be turning 3 years old in March—and he truly loves everyone. Men, women, strangers… Bayou has yet to meet a person he doesn’t adore. He’s incredibly dog-friendly, with a special soft spot for little dogs. While he may need a bit of guidance and continued manners around cats, he’s patient, gentle, and eager to please. Bayou is also extremely kid-friendly and will happily follow children around all day like their devoted shadow. Bayou thrives on companionship and can feel anxious when left alone, so he’ll do best in a home with structure and plenty of interaction—ideally with someone who works from home or has a flexible schedule. An active home with a fenced yard would be perfect, as he loves to run, play, and stretch his legs. This handsome guy is smart, too! Bayou knows several tricks and has an impressively patient “wait.” He’s also wonderfully goofy and adorably clumsy, guaranteed to keep you laughing every single day. When playtime is over, Bayou is all about the cuddles. He’ll happily nose-dive into your chest, demand pets, and snuggle his way to sleep right by your side. One of his favorite adventures? The beach! Bayou absolutely loves getting sandy, running free, and soaking up all the fun. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal, affectionate companion who brings joy, laughter, and endless cuddles, Bayou might just be your perfect match. December 22, 2025, 5:42 am

Story
FENGEER is a mix of GSD, Chocolate Lab, Bloodhound, Husky, Boreal and Anatolian Shepherd and will probably be about 80# full grown. He's very handsome, wants someone to love on him and will make a great pet once he's had some training. Fengeer is the alpha dog with the pups that are left and may continue to think he's the boss so maybe would be best without other males. The puppies have had to be in an outside kennel and have not had as much socialization as the owner would like but she's had her hands full with these pups and family matters. Owner says he does need a fenced yard. He is up to date on most of his shots but will need his rabies vaccine and will need neutered. The cost of that will be included in his adoption fee, which will be $275 Please fill out an adoption application and we'll hook you up with the owner as soon as you are approved. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application.January 4, 2026, 12:15 pm

🐾 Flynn: The Ultimate Adventure Buddy Looking for Love! 🐾 Oh, Flynn! This big, goofy, lovable guy has been waiting far too long for his perfect match. Could it be you? Flynn came to the shelter as a stray in April 2024 and has been patiently waiting for his forever family. 🐶 All About Flynn: ✔️ Almost 2 years old – still a playful pup at heart! ✔️ Big & tall – over 70 lbs of pure love. ✔️ Goofy, smart & loyal – a silly pup, protective of his people & very attentive. ✔️ Loves to play fetch, hide balls in his sandbox & go exploring. ✔️ Highly trainable – already knows sit, down, shake, & working on "leave it"! ✔️ Not a fan of having his feet touched. 🏡 What Flynn Needs: ✔️ A home with kids 14+ – younger kids make him nervous. ✔️ An active family – hiking, camping, running? Flynn’s in! ✔️ A fenced yard & a home check. ✔️ A dog meet & greet – he’s selective; would likely do better with a female dog. ✔️ A slow and patient approach with new people. ✔️Continued training – he’s still learning how to "dog" and would thrive in a home that will continue his training. If you’re looking for a loyal, adventurous, fun-loving companion, Flynn is your guy! Not the right fit for you? Please share to help him find his people. 📍 Apply to meet Flynn here: https://bit.ly/pawdadopt

Story
This is Rocky, he is 2-4 years old and is needing a new home that can keep up with his energy! He has a brother who is also posted above and can go home together or be separated if needed. He has a lot of energy and needs someone who can keep up! I got him about a year and a half ago from a shelter when he was about to be euthanized. He loves toys and is super treat and toy motivated and has some training. I recently moved from a big house with a backyard to a small city apartment and now have a new job working long hospital hours so I can no longer keep him. He is a big snuggle bugs and loves laying on the bed with his toys and having a good nap. He also loves long walks and he is a true water dog! He can be kind of nervous when meeting new people so a few meetings might be best but he warms up quickly. He does really well in kennels and can pull on leash but a gentle lead helps that. Preferably a person who has a backyard and time to play fetch for a while is what he is looking for.
