MEET RINGO! Ringo is a gorgeous 8-year-old German Shepherd in need of a foster or forever home. He was rescued from a shelter awhile back and is ready for a new leash on life! He is very intelligent and loyal. Ringo bonds intensely with his person, so would thrive in a home with a single person, or possibly a couple with German Shepherd experience ideally. Like most shepherds, he will be your true companion. He may be protective, so a quiet home/setting is important for him. Ringo loves car rides and riding in the front seat! He would love road trips and other adventures. He takes treats gently and sits on command. He has done well around other dogs. Please email for an application. Ringo weighs about 69 lbs.

Story
Good things come to those who wait!  Timber has been working very hard the past few months to become the most perfect companion he can be and he`s now ready to show that hard work off. Are you the home for him? He has shown himself to be a very loyal, intelligent and affectionate companion and just in the last few days has decided he wants to be a LAP DOG! Timber is totally house trained, originally ringing chimes at the door when he wanted to go outside. Now he has mastered the doggy door and goes outside whenever he wants. Timber shows a clear understanding of basic behaviors such as `sit`, `high five`, `down` and `stay`. He is very food motivated and with consistency in his training, will be a well-behaved, enjoyable and life-long companion.Timber is a very active pup and requires a lot of exercise. His ideal family would have members who will walk with him several times a day and ideally a leash less but safe field where he could interact and socialize with other dogs,,,this is his favorite thing,,,and ours too,,,as he is able to burn up a lot of energy!Timber is improving his leash walking but again, this is an area that requires consistency. He also no longer has separation anxiety issues,,,he wants nothing more than to be with his human, but he is comfortable being left alone when need be.  Timber is currently interviewing for his new `pack` that will provide him with lots of exercise, patience and love. His love is unconditional and he will reciprocate your love a hundred fold. Timber is just over a year so still a puppy, he is neutered, up to date on shots, Microchipped and ready for his forever family. To meet him please go to our website - OFOSA.ORG and fill out the dog application and his foster will arrange a meeting. His adoption fee is $340.00

Story
He needs Royal Canine Hydrolized food, Trazodone and Clonidine to manage his anxiety daily, and extremely hyper. He is 8 months old pure breed German Shepherd puppy and I got him from a breeder online from Ohio. He is a cryptorchid and he will need a spay and surgery at 9 months old to avoid cancer from happening. He will tend to run away from leash if he does not feel like going back home and need more walks. He is very stubborn to go back home sometimes so it maybe a little challenging sometimes. It is not recommended to put him in the crate with his vest or collar on him because he will chew them into pieces. He needs probiotics daily to ensure he gets solid stools out of his system.

Story
Hi! I’m Willy! I am a one-year-old, neutered, 45-pound, medium-energy, medium-length-coat German Shepherd mix.I am a friendly and relaxed dog with a playful and clever nature. I have a moderate amount of energy and I am up to date with my vaccinations. From the beginning, my life has been tough. I was mistreated by my previous owner, and my fellow dog siblings chewed off the tips of my ears, probably because I am more submissive. Despite this, I've coped well. I'm a shy boy and will require your guidance and support. I will always look to you for direction and rely on your support. I'm a very tolerant and the bestest boy! I want a confident sibling like my foster mom's American Bulldog Blend. I'm cautious but open to new experiences and people. I need patient and consistent humans who encourage and support me. When I crave your attention and need some affection, I'll roll over and expose my belly. Those who meet my craving for a delicious snack gain my favor. I will swivel my head from side to side whenever I hear an intriguing sound. I’m skilled at engaging in conversations and providing valuable suggestions that I consider worthwhile. I want to show you affection and shower you with kisses.I know the following commands: sit, down, crate, come, off, and HAPPY!  I enjoy both relaxing at home and playing outside. I particularly enjoy going for walks, especially with a confident dog friend. Additionally, I am crate trained and find comfort in my crate when I need some time to myself. Story
HI - I'M FREYA! I'm a sweet and gentle 1-1/2-year-old Belgian Malinois mix in need of a foster or forever home. I was rescued from a crowded California shelter in the nick of time. While there, I was kenneled with another dog, and was calm and gentle. I love playing with other dogs, and I also tested great with cats! (We have videos!) I would do best with an active person or people who can take me for long walks, hikes and other outings. I weigh 55-60 lbs. Please email for an application and additional photos.

Story
HI -I'M NOMI! I'm a 5-year-old beautiful Dutch Shepherd-Pit mix in need of a foster or forever home. My name means "beautiful" and "delightful" and it is so fitting, because I have a gorgeous brindle coat and a sweet face. I was rescued from a California shelter, and now have been waiting patiently for someone to notice me! I am gentle with people, and am friendly with most dogs, though I can get jealous at times. I would probably thrive as an only dog where I could get all of the attention, or hang out with a submissive male. I weigh 68 pounds. I would love a new home this year! Can you foster or adopt me? Please email for an application.
