Are you looking for a partner for your active lifestyle? Meet Tom, a 9-month-old German Shepherd mix who is a literal "excitement machine!" 🐾🚀Tom is a young pup with a motor that never quits. He's looking for a home with a large, fenced-in yard where he can let loose and burn off his famous "happy zooms." Because he's so smart and eager, he'll need lots of enrichment-think puzzle toys, snuffle mats, and plenty of training games to keep that big brain busy! 🧠🎾He's a social butterfly who is incredibly treat-motivated, though he does get "jumpy and mouthy" when he's thrilled to see you. He just has so much joy, he's still learning how to channel it! If you're ready for a handsome, high-octane best friend to grow with, Tom is your guy. 💥💖 Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: Tan Weight: 56 Age: 0yrs 9mths 3wks

Story
Meet Xanadu, a 10-month-old German Shepherd/Cattle Dog mix who is essentially a lightning bolt wrapped in blue fur! ⚡ At just under a year old, she is a high-octane athlete with a heart of gold and a serious obsession with anything round and fuzzy. If you have a tennis ball in your hand, you are officially the most important person in her universe! 🎾 She doesn't just play fetch; she lives for the "job" of retrieving, and her focus is nothing short of legendary. When she isn't mid-sprint, she is a social butterfly who is genuinely thrilled to meet new people, greeting every stranger like a long-lost best friend. 🌟Being a young Cattle Dog, Xanadu is a "work hard, play hard" kind of girl who hasn't quite mastered the art of the leisurely stroll yet. Currently, she views a leash as a harness for a sled-she pulls hard with the determination of someone who has places to be and balls to find! 🏃‍♀️ She will need an active adopter who is ready to work on her leash manners and provide the mental and physical exercise this brilliant breed craves. If you're looking for a smart, spunky, and intensely loyal partner for hiking, training, and endless games of fetch, Xanadu is ready to bring some "magic" to your world! 🎡✨ Primary Color: Fawn Secondary Color: Black Weight: 60.6 Age: 1yrs 0mths 3wks

Story
**Please note this is pet is currently out of town pet but we will transport this pet to you when adopted. All fees listed include transport fees.** Meet Gypsy Moon Gypsy Moon is a nearly 4-year-old German Shepherd mix with a gentle heart and a playful, goofy personality. At around 50 pounds, she’s a wonderful girl who’s ready to bring love and laughter into her forever home. Gypsy can be a little timid when first meeting new people, but with a bit of patience and kindness, she quickly warms up and shows her sweet, silly side. Once she feels safe, she absolutely shines—she loves attention and enjoys being her goofy, happy self. She gets along great with other dogs and truly enjoys having canine friends to play with. Gypsy also loves spending time outdoors and especially looks forward to her walks—she does very well on a leash and is a joy to take out and about. Gypsy Moon is currently heartworm positive, but she is undergoing treatment and making great progress. She’ll be tested again soon, and we are hopeful for a negative result. Gypsy is looking for a patient and caring family who will give her the time she needs to settle in and the love she deserves. In return, she’ll give you endless loyalty, companionship, and plenty of smiles. Could Gypsy Moon be your perfect match? 💕 Interested in becoming a forever home for Gyspy? Fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we don't go any further without an application. Find more adoptable pets, news and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws . We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting. We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and appreciate you working with us.For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process. Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public in Oklahoma. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed. Thank you in advance for your patience with our process and for making adoption YOUR option!
