I’m King, a senior gentleman seeking a cozy castle to call my own. I may not wear an actual crown (yet), but I promise to rule your heart with kindness, loyalty, and plenty of tail wags. I’m a loving dog who enjoys being by my humans’ side. In fact, I adore my people so much that I can get a little stressed when they leave the room. So if you’re retired, work from home, or if you can take a dog to work, I would be absolutely delighted to be your loyal companion. My little waddle and jog are the sweetest, and make my people laugh. And what king doesn’t love treats? So much so that I went on a diet. My foster family did a great job with getting me to lose weight. I can also get a bit fed up with energetic pups—they’ve just got too much energy for an old guy like myself! If you’ve got another dog, they should be a calm dig like myself. I’d also prefer not to go home with young children, though older dog-savvy teens are just fine. So if you’re searching for a best friend, faithful companion, and benevolent ruler of love to share, look no further. Luna is a sweet, gentle, three-year old pup who loves her humans. She is calm and loves her crate. She will sleep for up to twelve hours at night and will happily take crate breaks during the day. She enjoys playing with other dogs at doggie day care and gets great reports from the caregivers there. We are hoping to re-home her to a family where she will be the only pet. She would thrive in a home environment without cats or other dogs. We love her very much and want her to find a forever family that loves her for the beautiful, sweet dog she is.

PLEASE NOTE: This dog is currently out of state but will be transported to Massachusetts shortly with no additional travel costs. Roughly 90% of our dogs are adopted prior to their transport up to MA and 10% are adopted locally.Meet Rain! Rain is approximately 6 months old, 23 lb currently, and she is a mixed breed pup! She was left behind with her mama and siblings when her former family moved. In her foster home, she`s doing great with her house training, crate training and leash walking. She could join households with kids 10+, other playful pups, and dog-savvy cats. Her foster says, `When Rain came to us she was the smallest, and weakest of the litter, but she did not let that stop her in anyway. She absolutely loves to run and jump. From jumping up to play with a tennis ball hanging overhead to leaping over hay bales in the yard, she is the most athletic pup I have ever had. She lives chew toys, and has mistaken 1 tv remote for a chew toy. She told me technically that was my fault for leaving it on the bed which she said automatically becomes her playground the minute I get up. She does great at sitting, and will gladly sit on the front porch beside you for hours. She uses puppy pads in the house when she is not in a crate if I don`t take her outside in time, however if she is in a crate or you take her out on a regular basis then she will do her business outside. Rain is still the most timid of her litter, but she is coming out of her shell nicely, and is an absolute love bug/snuggler when she gets comfy with you.`She is available for adoption in N Dartmouth in July 17th or possibly earlier.
