Hello world! My name is Loki, and I’m so glad you clicked on my profile. I’m a 130-pound Great Dane with an even bigger heart, and I can’t wait to find my forever home!A few things you should know about me: I can be a little nervous when meeting new people. My first meet-and-greet may involve some cautious sniffs while I get comfortable. I’m currently working with my foster parents and a trainer to build my confidence and learn better ways to communicate when I’m unsure. Like many sensitive dogs, I’ve occasionally used quick warning snaps when I feel overwhelmed or confused. Because of this, I need a home that understands canine body language, respects my boundaries, and is committed to continuing my training so I feel safe and supported. I have a high prey drive when wearing a flat collar (those squirrels really test me!), but when I’m on a prong collar, I’m a total gentleman and can calmly pass squirrels and bunnies.Once I know you, I am the sweetest, cuddliest, and most loyal companion you could ask for. I love hugs, kisses, and being close to my people—expect lots of affection! Ultimately, I’m looking for a patient, dog-savvy adopter—ideally with large-breed experience—who understands what they’re signing up for and is excited to work with me so I can be the best pup I can be. In return, I’ll give you unwavering loyalty, love, and a whole lot of Dane-sized snuggles.  ##2565971##

Angle is a 4.5 Year Old Great Dane/Smooth Coated Collie Mix. She loves playing with other dogs and ignores cats, unless they want to play. She loves her people and even though she loves playing with other dogs, she really wants her human all to herself. She is also laid back and enjoys a good cuddle and chill on the couch while catching up on some TV. Angle is crate trained, enjoys toys and completely untrustworthy on free roam with high interest items (this includes expensive items; we don’t know how she knows – but she does!) Ziggy Stardust is all Great Dane - a Pocket Great Dane. She was owner surrendered and believed to be about 4 years old. She is timid and in good health, up to date on shots, and she is heartworm negative. Her Foster Mom tells use that she gets along with everyone. She is so sweet. And in a short time she has already earned to be free roam in the house. She can be a little standoffish but warms up quickly (this is fear-based not aggression-based).
