I absolutely love going on walks and being adventurous outside. Whether they’re big like me or as small as a Chihuahua I adore being around friends (especially my BFF Bam Bam, who you can check out on the website cos he is also looking for a home. Maybe you want two gentle giants?!) I like to spend my days lying outside soaking up the sun or cuddled up next to you in bed. I am a super smart girl, I just let my stubbornness get in the way sometimes. But hey, we’re all working on ourselves, right? I also get along well with cats and rumor has it I am housebroken too. You don’t have to head all the way to Bedrock, just request a visit at Family Dogs New Life! My adoption fee is $200 and includes spay microchip & registration, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.

Freya was 4 weeks old when we adopted her from a neighbor. She is 38% American Staffordshirr Terrier and 17% Great Dane. She is almost 10 months now and we have come to love her SO MUCH, but even though I work from home, I cannot seem to find the time and energy to give her the attention and exercise she deserves and needs. She is not fixed yet, because for this large of a breed it is recommended that she not be spayed until she is at least exactly a year old. She is about 70 lbs. She is EXTREMELY friendly, maybe too much so. She has massive amounts of puppy energy and is not aggressive at all but she can definitely get carried away when playing with other dogs. She has been socialized with a lot of other dogs and people, and loves everyone. She is not anxious at all. She loves to run and jump, isn’t crazy about toys, but definitely needs a lot of things to chew on. She LOVES to cuddle but she is still being kenneled at night. She also loves the car.
