Story
We rescued jelly when he was 9 weeks old. We did not know anything about his history but he was adorable and sweet. He loves my kids, other dogs and exploring. He would be happiest with a confident handler in a home that a lot of strangers do not come in and out of. He is a protector by nature and loves his people.

Pearl is doing great, 😍 she went straight to foster from the eight mile house. And has been nothing short of amazing! She’s actually in an apartment! And is loving life! She is calm, well mannered. Potty trained and good on a leash! She’s loving spending time with her foster mom and going exploring, but she’s still getting used to the big noises around her! Pearl is about 2 years old - 94 lbs - Great Pyrenees - spayed - heart worm negative - and chipped! She is great with other dogs, if she’s anything like brownie she also is fine with all the other critters that roam the earth! If interested in adopting, please go to HSARNJ.org and fill out an application. Thank-you! ALWAYS check your spam🙏. Also listed on: adoptapet.com. or email: hsarnj1@gmail.com

Story
🚨 URGENT BIO – MAGGIE 🚨 Maggie urgently needs a home. She was dumped by her owner after they stated they could no longer keep her due to Maggie not getting along with female dogs. 💛 The good news? Maggie has SO many positives: • 🏡 House-trained • 👧 Great with kids • 🐱 Cat-friendly • 🐕 Gets along well with male dogs • 💕 Loving, loyal, and ready to bond with her person Maggie would thrive as: ✔️ An only female dog ✔️ Or in a home with male dogs only ✔️ A family looking for a well-mannered, already house-trained companion She is being overlooked for one manageable preference, and that’s not fair to a dog who has clearly lived successfully in a home before. Maggie does NOT belong in a shelter. She belongs on a couch. She needs a hero now to step up before her situation worsens. PLEASE HELP THIS SWEET 7 YR OLD GIRL WHO DOESNT DESERVE TO BE HEADING TO A HIGH KILL SHELTER! OWNER SURRENDERS ARE KILLED FIRST BECAUSE THEY KNOW NOBODY IS LOOKING FOR THEM‼️ SHE NEEDS HELP TEXT KAREN 4136298152 TO SAVE HER LIFE

Story
Meet Great White 🐾 (aka Max) — a 2-year-old, 70-lb Great Pyrenees with a big heart, a goofy personality, and the most magnificent feather-duster tail you’ve ever seen. Great White is a lovable, silly boy who truly thrives being near his people. His tail is basically an accessory with its own personality — always wagging, always dramatic, and guaranteed to make you smile. He’s dog-friendly, super smart, and eager to please. He already knows Sit, Paw, and Down, and with his love of routine, he does best when his days have a predictable flow. This handsome fluff is house trained and crate trained, making him an easy addition to the right home. He loves playing with toys, and once he’s settled, you’ll find him happily chewing on a good dog chew or treat. Zoomies in the yard? Absolutely — GW lives for them and would happily spend all day outside if he could. GW would do best in a home without cats, but he gets along well with other dogs and would enjoy a canine companion. Most of all, GW is looking for his forever family — a place where he can be loved, included, and finally settle in for good. If you’re ready for a loyal best friend with a heart of gold and a tail that could double as a luxury broom, Great White is ready to meet you 🤍 Great White is currently being fostered in Clark, NJ. His adoption fee is $475. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.
