Introducing Arnold, AKA “Big Sexy,” the most beautiful gentle giant around! This gorgeous boy is 2-year-old Great Pyrenees/Saint Bernard mix who was rescued from Marion County, South Carolina. He is a 67 pound ball of love, and he cannot wait to be the best part of your day every day! Arnold is a curious boy who enjoys exploring his surroundings and taking in all the sights, smells, and sounds around him. He absolutely adores playtime, especially when he can spread his legs and run. He’d be so happy in a home with a big fenced in yard where he can play and fetch toys often. His favorite party trick is throwing his own ball and catching it himself. Arnold literally makes his own fun, and we just enjoy watching him enjoy being the sweet, loveable, goofy boy that he is! He prefers to be the "king of the castle" so he should be the only pet in the household. Arnold would do well in a home with older kids, as he doesn’t always realize how big he is. He’s such a happy and friendly boy who is so excited to go to his forever home and make so many happy memories getting all the love he deserves. A beauty in white, a lovely sight, that’s this girl! Meet Kayla, a stunning Great Pyrenees mix who has been making strides since her rescue from Marion County, South Carolina. Kayla is 1.5 years old. It’s hard to decide what her prettiest feature is, but we are pretty fond of her nose freckles. Kayla was initially quite shy when she first arrived at Home for Good. But she’s remained curious, and she has since come out of her shell beautifully. She has an incredibly sweet temperament and loves being close by your side. She enjoys walking alongside you and loving on you when you’re near. Kayla is learning every day that she is now safe, loved, and destined for her happily ever after. Kayla would do well in a home of any size, whether one human or many. She’d like being around other pets and kids who can give her patience as she grows confident. We offer a foster-to-adopt trial for approved adopters. Luna is described as so sweet and loving. She loves belly rubs. Poor girl was dumped and waiting for her family to return in the rain when our partner rescue took her in. These stories - never cease to break our hearts. Luna is happy, safe and loved now. She just needs her forever family! Luna is dog and cat and kid friendly! She loves to go on car rides too! Luna is fixed, microchipped and up to date on rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccines. My name is Dexter and yes I am as goofy and sweet as I look in my pictures. You should see the videos! I am about 8 months old and 45 lbs. I am still a little bit underweight but I am gaining fast! We expect that I will get to 60 to 65 when I am fully grown. I am happy happy boy! I prance and run and play with dogs and toys! I have loved everyone I have met. I am Pyrenees mix and we suspect a bit of shepherd in the mix too. Single family homes and fenced in yard would be preferable. Like a true Pyrenees I will bark when I sense or hear something that I feel like you need to know about! I also love to patrol the fence in my foster home. I will need a little practice on leash but no doubt would love to be out and about and social! I would love a family - kids would be fine except we suggest 7+ as I have not spent a lot of time around little ones. I also am really goofy and throw my body around. A note about me and my tummy... when I came into rescue, my digestive system was a wreck. We assume I wasn't being fed consistently and maybe not the right things. It took me about a month for my system to even out. I am doing really well staying on the same food (not prescription) and sticking to a pretty strict diet. We do suspect that as I build up my immunity and continue to gain strength and health, I will be able to expand my pallet. But, right now, I am good sticking with my meals! Young Lincoln is a happy, good-looking pup who enjoys all kinds of activities, but what makes him happiest is being by your side! His foster says: “Lincoln is one factastic boy! He is super sweet and loves every moment of every day!” Lincoln is only about 2 years old and weighs an elegant 80 lbs, with his best days ahead of him! Sadly, he was found tied to the fence of a NYC public shelter, but even then Lincoln maintained his “pawsitive vibe” energy and has since been patiently waiting for his furever home. Lincoln is a loyal friend who will love his future family not only unconditionally, but also passionately with his zest for life! Lincoln does have a higher energy level, but he is easily entertained and could run after a simple ball all day. An active home with daily exercise or a fenced in yard would be best for this handsome boy. Lincoln loves car rides, other dogs, hiking, and swimming! No matter what breed he is, Lincoln sure is easy on the eyes; we speculate he may have some Anatolian Shepherd or Great Pyrenees in him – but with such a love for the water, you would think he is part fish!
