Sasha is an incredible companion, especially for someone who loves the outdoors and adventure. She has joined us on countless hiking and backpacking trips, and that is truly where she thrives. She is happiest when she is exploring alongside her person and would make an amazing companion for someone with an active lifestyle. Sasha is incredibly loyal and forms a strong bond with her people. She loves being part of her “pack” and is deeply devoted to those she trusts. With that loyalty, however, she can sometimes become possessive and does not always do well with other dogs. Because of this, Sasha would do best with an experienced and confident dog owner who understands canine behavior, can recognize her cues, and can provide consistent boundaries and guidance in the moment. With the right person, Sasha has so much to offer. She is adventurous, devoted, and happiest when she has a person to bond with and plenty of opportunities to get outside and explore.

She is crate trained, potty trained, fun, adventurous, loves to explore and get exercise, incredibly affectionate, attentive, redirects well, loyal, sweet as can be to all humans, snuggly and cuddles a ton. She does like to give hugs and kisses quite a bit. She has had a particularly rough life. She was used as a breeding dog early on in life and had a litter of puppies, we helped as many as we could even though a hoarder took a couple and refused to surrender them, we helped home her baby and baby daddy who are happy in loving homes. Kali is an escape artist so we don’t ever recommend she be off leash, unsupervised or unattended. She also needs a home where she is the only animal. She will thrive in this setting. She’s a very sweet funny friendly dog. She gets the zoomies and she is super fast! She is also fully vetted and trained and comes vaccinated and spayed! She is microchipped as well. She needs people who will love and adore her for life!
