He is very timid and cautious at the moment because this young boy was dragged with a catch pole and treated very poorly.  We are working with Ghost to help him overcome some fear based reactivity and food resource guarding before he is ready to go home and would welcome any monthly sponsors to assist with his care. If you are a force-free positive reinforcement trainer and could spend a few hours volunteering with Ghost as well, that would be amazing! Eve is a squiggly, wiggly, adorable puppy female Akita ready for her forever home!!! She is about as cute as a sweet pea can be!! Eve is good indoors at night and has the typical puppy excitement during the day. We adore her and want her to be loved and cherished forever!! She is not afraid to stand up for herself when meeting another Akita at the ranch so may need time to warm up to a friendly companion. Which is normal for a dog that has been through the shelter system at such a young age.
