Meet Torvi, a sweet German Shepherd mix with a smart mind and a loyal heart. Torvi is good with other dogs, though she may need a minute to warm up to new canine friends. Once she feels comfortable, her friendly personality shines through. She gets along well with cats and does well with children too. She recently visited residents at a retirement community and was friendly and loved the attention. Torvi already knows several commands including sit, stay, and speak showing just how eager she is to learn and please. She is crate trained and does fine in the crate when left home alone.Torvi doesn't mind being brushed, is laid back, and easy to handle. Torvi is truly a great dog with so much love to give. She is ready to find a family who will appreciate her intelligence, companionship, and loving nature. Torvi is 6 years old and weighs 121 pounds.All pets are microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and will be altered prior to adoption. Dogs may be in a foster home, therefore scheduling an appointment is recommended. I'm affectionate and friendly, and I bring mischief and joy wherever I go — life's never boring with me around! I'm not yet spayed, so that's something to discuss with the shelter team. I also have a strange looking front left arm but that is something I've dealt with my whole left and it doesn't stop me from doing anything and everything I want to do!
