Bane is a very loving 4 year old Husky. He is very sweet, and high energy and loves attention. I acquired him from another family who could not keep him 3 years ago and he has lived in my home. Bane loves walks and he loves attention and most of all he loves to play. He is great with kids and other dogs as well. I'm looking for a family would be able to give Bane attention and provide a nice safe environment for him.

Story
Finley was a foster we had as a young puppy, and we fell in love with him. A co worker of my wife’s saw him and decided to adopt him. For her own reasons she decided she couldn’t handle a dog anymore and we took him back in so he didn’t have to go back to the shelter. He is crate trained, potty trained, loves to play with other dogs, and very loving and friendly. He has shown some resource guarding tendencies and we have been making him sit and wait for his food as well as only feeding him in his crate, but has been doing much better the last week since we started. Our main concern is that he goes to a loving home that will cherish him. We would love to keep him but we already have 2 dogs and we foster frequently and we told ourselves that we couldn’t take in any fosters until we are done fostering for good.We will Include his crate and whatever food he has left at time of adoption (purina pro plan puppy), and heartworm/flea preventative meds. We bought 6 mos worth.

My name is Rooooben (aka Ruben)! I'm a happy and howly Husky mix looking for a home for my golden years. I am an older boy but I still have a ton of life and LOVE in me. I am great with people of all ages and dogs of all sizes. I enjoy walks, romps around the yard and tug/fetch with my humans. I don't last long, due to my age, but that just means we can follow it up with snuggles! Snuggles, pets, and scratches are my favorite. I will give low awoooo's to tell you I'm ready to shower you with love (and LOTS of hair). While Huskies can be a challenging breed, I'm far past the puppy phase and am very well trained. I walk well on a leash, ride well in the car, and never go potty in the house. Unlike most Huskies, my crate is my happy place. Yep, I'm crate trained too! Princess is kind of a misleading name for me.... Cause I am a QUEEN!! I love all my "subjects" four legged and two legged :) i came from the pound, where I was kind of like a Cinderella princess..... I looked very "ruff".... my eyes were dull and scared and my fur was not white or floofy, like it is now! And boy was I SKINNY :( But NOT ANYMORE!! I am now the Princess I was meant to be! I have a glowing white floofy coat, I have the confidence and love to give out and receive... AND I am ready for you and your family to love FuREVER!!
