Hope Rescues is all volunteer, all visits must be scheduled you may do that by filling out an online application as that is needed for a visit. You can find an application our website. Our adoption fee is $275.00 which includes Rabies vaccine, spay/neuter, current heart worm test, DHPP booster, Bordetella vaccine, Microchip, Worming.Taylor - Est DOB 12/14/2020 Female Shepherd/Husky Mix Taylor is such a beautiful & sweet girl, so hard to believe that she was left at Animal Control and was on the list to die the next day unless we took her. She is very friendly, active, she gets along with other dogs (not sure about cats), walks well on a leash and is crate trained. She would be an amazing addition to almost any family. Please help us make room to save more homeless pets!!! Adopting from Hope Rescues saves the life of two.. the one you adopt and the one your adoption makes room for. We are a Rescue which means we physically go and save lives. Hope pulls animals on their last day of life from animal control facilities that still use the inhumane gas chamber to put to death homeless pets. Story
I am fostering Kato from a friend who adopted him. He had one owner for his 9 years. They surrendered him because they had a new baby. Kato is very relaxed, likes walks and long naps. I give him a zinc supplement everyday for a husky zinc-deficiency issue that he seems to have. He's up-to-date on all his shots. He weighs 80 pounds. I cannot keep him forever because my house is not big enough for him and my two giant breed adult dogs that I have raised from puppies! He would make a great, cheerful addition to many homes!

Story
Rocky is a ~4 years old husky mix. He is a loving, energetic, and goofy boy who tends to match the energy of his caretakers, whether relaxed or moving. He loves walks (harnessed and leashed) and squirrels. He's not great with other dogs, but he's very good with our two house cats. He is potty and crate trained. He is fixed and vaccinated. He is currently being treated for valley fever (contracted in Arizona prior to us adopting him). He takes 1 pill a day and has 4 more months left on his treatment. Price per bottle is about $40 a month at Costco pharmacy. His mobility and activity are not affected by his fever since treatment started. We need to rehome Rocky due to our changes in our work and health. We can no longer provide the environment he deserves. We want to make sure he goes to a safe house where he will have access to a yard or be close to a park.

Story
Born December 1st, 2023 He’s almost 5 months old. Puff is a very sweet dog, we just can’t have more than 3 dogs, all other puppies have been re homed. He is for the most part house trained, as long as he’s let out regularly. He’s a very energetic dog and would need a 6ft. Privacy fence… huskies are quite the escape artists. He has had his first few shots but will need his follow up shots. Puff was never crate trained per se, only crated him a few times while out, but he is not afraid of the crate, him and his brother slept in the crate throughout the day.

Story
*Introducing Simba, the Husky Prince!**Simba is not your average dog - he’s a young husky prince full of life and charm! This stunning red husky mix is about 1.5 years old, weighing just over 50 pounds. With one blue eye and one brown, Simba’s unique look matches his unique personality.Simba loves nothing more than playing fetch and leaning against his favorite people for some love and attention. Despite his size, he’s good about not jumping up on you, though he’s always eager to learn new skills and tricks. One of Simba’s favorite pastimes is interacting with other dogs, from the tiniest to the largest. He’s fantastic with them all, making him a great companion for any furry friend. If you’re looking for a playful, loving, and incredibly unique dog, Simba might just be the one for you. Give him some scratches, and he’ll probably try to catch the hair that floats away afterward - that’s just the kind of quirky, lovable pup he is!IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats.
