Story
Ben may be 10 years old, but don’t let that number fool you. This boy still has plenty of life, personality, and opinions about how his day should go. Some days he’s full of energy and ready for his walkies, and other days his biggest priority is finding the softest bed in the house and settling in for a very well-earned nap. Benjamin is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations. He does take daily medication for arthritis, which helps keep him comfortable, and he’s currently eating The Honest Kitchen dog food as we continue working on getting some healthy weight on him. Because Ben can be a little unsteady on his feet, we’re looking for a quiet, lower-traffic home where he won’t constantly be navigating chaos or getting bumped around. He doesn’t need a boring life—he still LOVES getting out for walks and being part of the action—he just needs a home that understands when it’s time to go, Ben is ready… and when it’s time to nap, Ben is also VERY ready!

Story
Some dogs just make it really easy to brag about them… and Sterling is absolutely one of those dogs. 🤍 At 3 years old, this handsome husky is the kind of boy who checks box after box. He’s affectionate, well-mannered, and genuinely just a joy to have around. 🐾 3 years old & neutered 💉 Up to date on vaccinations 🐕 Dog friendly with dogs of ALL sizes ❤️ Affectionate and loves his people 🦮 Walks beautifully on leash 🏡 Kennels well ⭐ All-around extraordinary boy Sterling is currently riding along with me on our route to Texas, and after that he’ll be making his way to his foster home in Maryland. He’s proving once again what an adaptable, easygoing guy he is—handling life on the road and everything that comes with it like a champ. This boy is SO ready for the part where someone realizes he’s exactly what they’ve been looking for. Sterling is available for adoption through Rides 4 Paws Rescue and can be adopted beyond Maryland for the right home. 🐾

Story
Meet Jumping Bean!A 39lb, 1 ½ year old, Siberian Husky who lives up to her name! This happy, energetic girl is always ready for fun and brings a whole lot of personality wherever she goes. Friendly, social, and wonderfully silly, she`s the kind of dog who can brighten anyone`s day.Jumping Bean enjoys meeting new people and is very interested in playing with other dogs. Whether she`s making new canine friends or showing off her goofy side, she`s happiest when she`s around others and part of the action. She does pretty well on a leash and loves getting out to explore. As a young Husky, she`ll thrive with an active family that can provide plenty of exercise, adventures, and opportunities to burn off some of that youthful energy. While toys aren`t really her thing, people and dog friends definitely are! She`d much rather spend her time socializing, exploring, and having fun than chasing a ball.We do all adoptions with approved applicants by appointment only. Story
Meet Aurora! ??Aurora is a 3-year-old, 31-pound Husky with a curious personality and a love for adventure! This sweet girl enjoys exploring her surroundings and would love a home where she has plenty of room to roam and investigate all the interesting sights and smells around her. Aurora is happiest when she gets the opportunity to be active and follow her curiosity, and one of her favorite things to do is play in the water!Aurora came to us as a stray alongside another dog, so while she has had some experience being around another dog, we are still unsure how she truly does with other dogs. We are also unsure of her history with children. Any introductions should be done thoughtfully and at her own pace. With her curious, adventurous nature, Aurora would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a fun-loving dog to explore life with. If you have room in your heart and home for this beautiful Husky, come meet Aurora and see if she could be your perfect adventure buddy! We do all adoptions with approved applicants by appointment only. Story
Steel is the perfect example of why you shouldn’t judge a dog by the first five minutes. 💙 At first, this handsome 7-year-old husky can be a little aloof. He likes to observe and get comfortable on his own terms. But once he decides you’re safe? The Steel show begins. 😂 That serious exterior turns into pure goofiness. Steel is playful, energetic, silly and always ready for some fun. He needs an active home that will give him plenty of exercise, adventures and enrichment to keep that husky body and brain busy. 🐾 7 years old ⚡ Playful & energetic 🤪 Total goofball once comfortable 🥾 Active home needed 🐺 Husky experience preferred Steel just needs someone willing to give him a little time to show them the incredible personality hiding underneath. Give him a chance, and you might just get to be one of his favorite people. 💙
