I got Piper when she was a puppy. She is a husky mix-breed. She is 3 years old and is very spunky. She does not mind cats, but sometimes she likes to chase them. She does very well with children. She does get along with my other dog, but she has since become food aggressive. She is crate trained and house broken. She loves to go outside and play and ride in the car. She loves to go to the groomer and chew on bones and toys. She does howl a lot, but she’s the biggest cuddler you'll ever meet. We cannot provide her the best life that she deserves with our other older dog and our busy schedules. We want her to go to a home with a loving family who will give her the time and care that she deserves for the rest of her life.

When his owner moved away, this 6-year-old Lab/Husky mix was left behind on a lonely tie-out at an empty house, cared for only by kind neighbors who refused to let him be forgotten. They shared that Fen once lived indoors, but as his owner’s health declined, Fen’s life slowly shrank to neglect and isolation. Despite it all, Fen’s heart remains wide open. This sweet boy is full of gentle enthusiasm and gratitude for every bit of attention.
