Meet Bucky Bucky is a 5-month-old Husky mix with a fluffy little bobtail, a playful spirit, and plenty of puppy charm! He’s an energetic, happy boy who loves running and playing with his sister and is ready to find a family of his own.Bucky has a funny little habit that will make you smile: he loves grabbing a stuffed toy and proudly racing around with it. He’ll even bring his “baby” over to show you—but don’t expect a game of fetch or tug! His plan is usually to find a quiet spot and pull all the stuffing out. Bucky is doing well with his puppy pads and is making steady progress with housetraining. Like any young puppy, he’ll need a family ready to continue his training, provide plenty of playtime, and help him grow into the wonderful adult dog he’s meant to be.With his adorable bobtail, playful personality, and puppy antics, Bucky is sure to bring lots of fun and love to his forever home!All known information about the animal is listed above. Our dogs are cared for in foster homes throughout the South and New England.Your adoption donation helps cover veterinary care, transportation, and other expenses for your adopted dog. It also helps us continue to save senior dogs and dogs with serious medical needs or injuries. While their adoption donations are often reduced, their veterinary costs are typically much higher.IMPORTANT INFORMATIONPaws New England is a foster-based rescue - our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south and New England. Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher.
