Story
Luna was taken off the hands of a bad family, and i decided to take her in and take care of her for the time being. She is the sweetest dog and loves everyone and everything, super curious, and great companion. She needs training and time, something i cannot give her at the moment as i have more urgent responsibilities. She is a pure bred husky, female, 37 lbs and 7 months old. I am just asking for the money i used to get her vaccines.

Story
Bowie is a special boy is looking for his special home. Please read Bowie's entire profile before inquiring or applying for him. Bowie, born around January 2022, is approximately 60 lbs of mischief and joy. He is 50% Husky, 40% Poodle, 10% lab and 100% total energy! He is best thought of as a goofy and playful puppy. They call him 'the missile' at the park as he rockets into the park with excitement. Bowie and his sister Margo originally came from the south to a local shelter. The shelter determined that both dogs would thrive better in a foster home and they came to All Dog Rescue. While they are bonded and we would love to see them adopted together, they can be adopted separately as long as there is a confident resident dog who can help them become the best they can be. Bowie thrives being with other dogs and is his playful, goofy self in canine company. He has not done well as the only dog in a household but will consider an 'only-dog' home on a case-by-case basis. He loves to wrestle in the yard, play chase with the other dogs, and play keep-away with his favorite stuffed toys. A perfect day for him involves playing in the dog park, going on walks, and playing in the back yard. Bowie gets very excited when he sees his leash because he enjoys his walks so much He can get a little too excited when he sees other dogs or critters but his special harness helps with that. Bowie also settles down and curls up on the sofa with his foster mom. He is house-trained, does very well in the car, and looks forward to every meal. Bowie's ideal home is an adult-only, dog savvy, home with a confident, playful dog of similar size and activity level. He can be too much for senior dogs. While a fenced-in backyard would be the best for him as he has a ton of energy to burn, he may do well if he can go to a dog park daily. He has a high prey drive so he cannot be offleash unless fenced in. We are working on him being left alone in the company of other dogs. He will need someone who is often home or willing to take him to doggie daycare until he can be left alone for a longer time period. Note that while is mixed with a poodle, we do not consider him hypoallergenic. Many people with dog allergies have experienced allergic reactions in his presence. Bowie is microchipped, neutered, on flea/tick/heartworm preventive, and up to date on his shots. *Ask us about adopting Bowie and his sister Margo. Bowie is being fostered in Newry, ME and Cambridge, MA. His adoption fee is $450. If you think that your lifestyle is a good match for Bowie, please apply for him at http://alldogrescue.org/adoptable-dogs/adoption-application/ Bowie's foster mom will be in touch within 48 hours.

Story
Margo is a special girl is looking for her special home. Please read Margo's entire profile before inquiring or applying for her. Margo, is a spayed female, born around January 2022, and weighs approximately 55 -lbs. She is 50% Husky, 40% Poodle, and 10% Lab. Margo and her brother, Bowie, originally came from the south to a local shelter. The shelter determined that both dogs would thrive better in a foster home and they came to All Dog Rescue. While they are bonded and we would love to see them adopted together, they can be adopted separately. We prefer her new home has a confident resident dog who can help them become the best they can be, but will consider an 'only dog' home on a case-by-case basis. Margo adores being outdoors and is happy in the snow and hiking trails and walking through towns when she is in Maine. She also likes her walks when she is in Cambridge and in both locations hanging out in a fenced in yard. She has a ton of energy to burn and would love an active home. She does well in the car and is a fan-favorite at the dog park. Margo continues to progress with her social skills but still can be skittish. She can be leery of new people in her home. She may run away from new people or anxiously bark at them but shows no sign of aggression. She looks to other dogs in her home for guidance in these situations and will calm down if the other dog has appropriate behavior. She also gets anxious when her human is away. Margo is a work in progress and needs someone who is dedicated helping her continue to grow and thrive. The ideal situation for is an adult-only home with a confident, active, playful dog of a similar size and energy level that can help Margo continue to make strides. Her dog-savvy owner will need to continue with her positive training and be willing to work with a trainer. She will need someone who is home often or will bring her to doggie daycare until she gets more confident being on her own. This may be a lot to ask but seeing Margo happily play and grow more confident is more than worth it. Margo is microchipped, spayed, on flea/tick/heartworm preventive, and up to date on her shots. *Ask us about adopting Margo and her brother Bowie. Margo is being fostered in Newry, ME and Cambridge, MA. Her adoption fee is $450. If you think that your lifestyle is a good match for Margo, please apply for her at http://alldogrescue.org/adoptable-dogs/adoption-application/ Margo's foster mom will be in touch within 48 hours.

Story
Talia is a beautiful 2 year old husky mix that is looking for her forever family. This awesome girl weighs 53 lbs and has been in foster care for about 10 months. Talia was found roaming the rural areas of South Texas, hungry, emaciated, dehydrated… but hopeful. She ran up to a good Samaritans vehicle, tail wagging and excited to see a human being that acknowledged her. Talia is house trained and is the bestest girl ever. She is very gentle and would make a fantastic companion and house dog. She loves to be close to you and snuggle up. She is playful, but she would much rather relax, layout or nap around the house or in the yard on a nice day. Talia gets along great with other dogs, and she doesn’t even mind kitties! She gets along with children and would do great with almost all ages. She can be active if needed to play with them. Talia would do great going on walks or would be fine without them. She’s not picky at all and is one of the most relaxed dogs you’ll meet. Please help us in finding this amazing girl a home. Adoption fee includes: Spay or neuter, negative heart worm test, current parvo/distemper vaccines, bordatella (kennel cough), rabies vaccination, flea/tick and heart worm prevention, dewormer, microchip, and transport costs from Texas to the East coast. ____________________________________________________________________________________ If you would like to adopt this doggy/puppy, please complete an application on our website: www.pawsitive-impact-animal-rescue.org This animal is spayed, healthy, up to date on vaccinations, heart worm negative, current on preventions, dewormed and microchipped. A certificate of health is issued from a vet prior to transport. We are a small, struggling rescue in Texas where we do our best to prevent euthanasia in shelters and help stray and neglected animals find forever homes. Adoption fees are our only source of funding for the rescue. Unless otherwise specified at the top of the profile for this animal, this animal is considered to be located in foster care in Texas and available for transport once adopted.

Story
Nick Nack is just as sweet as he is beautiful and friendly, he's the type of dog that doesn't have a mean bone in his body. He is about a year old and his favorite ways to spend his days are an healthy balance of playing, relaxing in his pool, going for nice summer walks, cuddling his people (and getting his face smushed and massaged), and snacking on treats. Of course, he loves to combine a few of those hobbies by finding random toys and snacks while out on walks so you have to keep an eye on him and whatever he may decide to pick up next. Nick Nack is a truly special boy and whoever takes him home is going to be very lucky to call him a friend. As an husky, he tends to be high energy and vocal, he's looking for adopters able to keep him busy with walks, games, puzzles, and of course the regular cuddle session. Nick Nack has lived with dogs and cats before and done well. **If you are interested in Nick Nack, please complete an adopter's profile at parl.org and come in during our open hours**
