Story
Meet Kristoff! Just like his Disney namesake, this guy will melt your heart with his charm, goofy, sweet personality, and snuggable nature!   Kristoff is a 10 month old Siberian husky/American bully mix, neutered, and up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations. He weighs around 35 pounds, and loves all people big and small. He loves a good romp with a canine companion, but is just as happy to snuggle up to his people for kisses or a snooze on the couch.  He was reported to do well with cats, although has not interacted with one while in his foster home.  He also enjoys a good squeaky or chew toy, car rides, and is always up for being your dedicated copilot.    Kristoff is working diligently on house training, and does exceptionally well with a structured schedule. He is extremely food motivated, and loves his treats when told he’s such a good boy!  He sleeps like a baby in his crate all night long with no issue. He walks well on a leash, and enjoys spending time outdoors putting his nose to work.    With St Patrick’s Day approaching, Kristoff is hoping for a little luck in finding his own home. He is available for adoption through Paws Across Pittsburgh, KL 16182, Springdale, PA on March 1, 2026.  ##2666644##

Story
Looking for a Loving Home for a Bonded Husky/Malamute Pair 🐺❤️ This is one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make, but I’m looking for a wonderful home for my two beautiful dogs Fluffy and Buffy. They are a Husky/Malamute bonded pair and have been together since birth, so they must be adopted together. They are very attached to each other and separating them isn’t something I’m willing to do. About Fluffy & Buffy: • Breed: Husky/Malamute • 1 male & 1 female • Raised together since birth (bonded pair) • Great with kids – they’ve been around many children • Good with other dogs • House trained and crate trained • Friendly, loving personalities • Not spayed/neutered They are beautiful, energetic dogs who would do best with someone familiar with husky or northern breeds and ideally a home with space or a yard where they can run and play. This decision truly comes from wanting what’s best for them, and I’m committed to finding them a safe, responsible, and loving home!

Story
Meet Tundra — a bold, brilliant little explorer with a mischievous streak and a whole lot of charm.Tundra is a 4-month-old husky mix who fully embodies the adventurous, curious spirit the breed is known for. He is confident, clever, and always ready to figure out what’s going on around him—and how to get into it. Tundra is a natural leader-type personality who likes to take charge of his surroundings and isn’t afraid to test boundaries. He loves to play and chew, with stuffed animals being a particular favorite. Like any puppy, he’s active, playful, and then crashes hard when he’s done. But make no mistake—this is a puppy who will keep you on your toes and make you laugh daily with his antics.Tundra is extremely smart and picks up on things quickly. He is currently working on potty training and using pee pads, and he does well in a crate. However, his intelligence also means he’s already proven to be quite the escape artist. He has no problem hopping over a playpen or finding creative ways to break out of spaces that aren’t fully secure.Because of this, Tundra will require a home that understands the importance of safety and containment. Huskies are famously skilled escape artists—they can climb, dig, and problem-solve their way out of many situations. A secure, tall fence, diligent supervision, and consistent use of a leash are musts. Extra precautions like reinforcing fencing and double-checking gates will be essential to keep him safe.As a husky mix, Tundra will grow into an intelligent, high-energy dog who needs both physical exercise and mental stimulation every single day. Huskies were bred to work and run, and without proper outlets, they will create their own entertainment—which isn’t always what you’d hope for. They are also known for being vocal and independent, making them better suited for owners who are prepared for the commitment and consistency they require. This is why breed-specific research is so important before adopting. Tundra is not a low-maintenance dog, and understanding the needs of a husky will help ensure he ends up in a home where he can truly thrive.Puppy training is just as important. Tundra is at the perfect age to learn structure, boundaries, and good habits. With his intelligence, he will excel with positive reinforcement training—but he will absolutely need consistency and follow-through. Early training and socialization will help shape him into a confident, well-mannered adult.Tundra is looking for an active, committed home that’s ready for the reality of raising a smart, energetic husky puppy. If you’re prepared to invest the time, training, and energy he needs, you’ll be rewarded with a loyal, entertaining, and incredibly special companion.Adoption application can be found at this link- https://airtable.com/shrAznkHf1ruIqQwq

Story
Meet Moose — your future adventure buddy with striking blue eyes and a whole lot of personality.Moose is a 4-month-old husky mix with a gorgeous brown-and-white coat and those unforgettable bright blue eyes. He is the definition of puppy—full of energy, curiosity, and joy. He loves to play hard, whether it’s with toys, exploring his surroundings, or engaging in a good wrestling match, and then happily crashes for a well-earned nap.Moose is a sweet, eager-to-learn boy who tends to be more of a “follower” personality. He takes cues from the world around him and looks to his people for guidance, which makes this a perfect time to help shape him into a confident, well-mannered adult dog. He’s already starting to find his voice—his little husky howl is coming in, and it’s as adorable as you’d imagine.Like any young puppy, Moose is still learning the basics. He is currently working on potty training and doing well using pee pads, and he is comfortable in a crate. With consistency, structure, and patience, he is set up to succeed.Because Moose is a husky mix, it’s important for potential adopters to understand the unique traits of this breed. Huskies are intelligent, energetic, and independent dogs who were bred to run and work. They require daily exercise, mental stimulation, and an owner who is committed to training and engagement. Without proper outlets, that intelligence and energy can turn into mischief. They are also known for being vocal and for their strong personalities—these are not typically “easy” dogs, but they are incredibly rewarding for the right home.Huskies are also well-known escape artists. They can climb, dig, and find surprisingly creative ways to get out of yards or enclosures. Moose will require a secure, well-fenced area and close supervision, along with precautions like checking gates, reinforcing fencing if needed, and always using a leash when outside of secure spaces. This isn’t optional—it’s essential for his safety. That’s why breed-specific research is so important before adopting. Understanding what Moose will need—not just as a puppy, but as an active adult—helps ensure a successful, lifelong match. Huskies thrive in homes that can provide structure, activity, and ongoing training.Puppy training is equally important. Moose is at the perfect age to start building good habits, learning boundaries, and developing confidence. Positive reinforcement training, socialization, and consistency will go a long way in helping him grow into a well-adjusted companion. Investing time in training now will make all the difference in the years to come.Moose is looking for a committed home ready to embrace all the fun, chaos, and love that comes with raising a husky puppy. If you’re ready for an active, intelligent, and affectionate companion—and you’re prepared to put in the time and effort he deserves—Moose just might be your perfect match.Adoption application can be found at this link- https://airtable.com/shrAznkHf1ruIqQwq
