Story
**MEET ALFIE** Alfie is a sweet, well-behaved, and adorable 3-year-old Husky, who is a happy-go-lucky dog. He is so thrilled to be safe, well-loved, and well-exercised. Alfie loves adventures, car rides, the beach and meeting new people and dogs. Just three weeks ago, Alfie was almost euthanized. While we were urgently searching for fosters for several wonderful large dogs, five sadly lost their lives before we could find them homes. Our foster, Kristine, in Lake Stevens, was determined not to let Alfie be one of them. She shared his story online and in local groups. Lesa then stepped in, and together we saved Alfie just in time. Lesa also helped by transporting Alfie and four other rescued dogs from Lacey to Arlington. Alfie has been resting, getting plenty of love and exercise from his foster family, and is now ready for his forever home. Here’s what Lesa has to say about Alfie: Alfie is playful and cuddly, and he loves going for walks. He does great on a leash. Alfie gets along well with confident, dog-savvy cats after he has had a chance to meet them. If a cat runs, he will chase, which is typical for Huskies. He also gets along well with our dog and enjoys having a playmate, but he can be happy as an only dog as long as he gets plenty of exercise. Huskies need to run and play to stay happy. Alfie needs a fenced yard at least six feet tall, with enough space for him to play and take potty breaks. He would do best with active adopters who enjoy going on adventures with their dog, since Alfie is an energetic three-year-old. Alfie is neutered. He is current on his vaccines. He is healthy, happy, and enjoying life. If you would like to meet or adopt Alfie, who is currently in Lake Stevens, WA, please fill out an adoption form at www.smallpupsrescue.org. We will contact you within 24 business hours to set up a phone interview. Alfie has a $570 adoption fee. All fees are recycled to rescue more dogs. To apply to adopt Alfie, please fill out an application on our website: www.smallpupsrescue.org May 27, 2026, 12:20 am

Story
Koda is around 4.5 - 5 yrs old. I got him 2yrs ago from my neighbor through his daughter after she moved in with him. He's a really great dog, friendly, great with other dogs including occasional stays with doggie daycare. He's good at doggie parks and kids, not sure about cats. I am re-homing him because my yard doesn't contain him. He is breaking through parts of the wooden fence. He needs more space and a more secure perimeter that I can't provide. He is a bit of an escape artist.

Story
Spike is a "manly" kind of name, right?? I am a guy, so I must be "strong like bull" :) Actually I am kind of a goofball. Smart and silly, playful and happy- just grateful to be alive!! I was saved from a high high kill shelter in W Texas and have been here getting my heartworms treated and having friends and an actual life... but now my goal is to have an actual FAMILY too!! I am good with other dogs, although I am a dominant boy, so I need either to be an only dog or to have a submissive friend to hang with. I am also a husky and all that goes along with that breed applies, I am active, I need a husky knowledgeable family cause we are escape artists and shed A LOT!! I would love to get out of HOT-TEXAS and AC is my friend but cooler weather would be AMAZING!! Adopt me soon, I am ready!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area, $50 temporary fuel fee will be included)

Story
Flash is the definition of a Husky puppy—energetic, playful, curious, and always on the go! His adventurous spirit and endless enthusiasm keep life exciting and full of fun. Flash is great with other dogs, especially those who can match his energy and tolerate his bouncy, non-stop play style. However, he might not be the best match for senior or grumpy dogs, as they may find him overwhelming. Flash would thrive in an active, dog-savvy home where he can burn off his energy through outdoor adventures, games, and plenty of playtime. He LOVES KIDS!! He’ll benefit from consistent training to help him learn boundaries and good manners as he grows. Flash is ready to bring his vibrant personality, endless joy, and goofy antics to his forever family. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and entertaining companion who will keep you on your toes, Flash is your guy! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Princess is kind of a misleading name for me.... Cause I am a QUEEN!! I love all my "subjects" four legged and two legged :) i came from the pound, where I was kind of like a Cinderella princess..... I looked very "ruff".... my eyes were dull and scared and my fur was not white or floofy, like it is now! And boy was I SKINNY :( But NOT ANYMORE!! I am now the Princess I was meant to be! I have a glowing white floofy coat, I have the confidence and love to give out and receive... AND I am ready for you and your family to love FuREVER!! I will give you and your family so much love and fun for life! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Story
**If you`re interested in meeting, please fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website https://everettwa.gov/161/Adopt-a-Pet and we will be in touch to schedule an appointment**Luz is a bright, bouncy 5 month old puppy who’s as sweet as she is striking. Likely a Pitsky mix, she brings together the best of both breeds: the playful, goofy charm of a pit bull and the alert, curious nature of a husky. Still very much in her puppy era, Luz is learning the world one wiggle at a time. She loves meeting new people, exploring new spaces, and turning even the simplest toy into a grand adventure. With her big puppy heart and eager to learn spirit, she’s ready for a family who can guide her with patience, help her build good manners, and give her plenty of love and activity.
