Introducing Riviera and Laredo, a delightfully charming pair of Huskies looking for their forever home together! Riviera is a confident 7-year-old lady, and 6-year-old Laredo is her faithful shadow. We suspect Riviera might actually be Laredo's mom, especially since Laredo has a complete meltdown whenever he's separated from her. At around 63 pounds each, these two are completely inseparable! This bonded and housetrained pair has so much personality. Riviera naturally takes the lead, while Laredo happily follows her guidance—stopping along the way for occasional zoomies through the sandbox! Both of them absolutely love playing in the water trough, taking treats gently, and enjoying a lifestyle that balances indoor relaxation with outdoor fun. Like true Huskies, they are skilled escape artists and expert diggers. In fact, they once dug their way out of the shelter play yard, only to dig themselves right back in once they realized they prefer reliable meals, comfy spots, and tons of love! A secure yard is a must for these clever pups. They get along well with other polite dogs, provided everyone shows mutual respect, though they prefer a feline-free home due to their natural Husky prey drive. If you're looking for a fun-loving duo with double the devotion, double the affection, and endless entertainiment, Riviera and Laredo are ready to join your family! All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Riviera and Laredo is a suggested minimum of $250 (more gratefully accepted). Meet Cloud (aka Billie) 🩵Hi, I'm Cloud! I'm a 2-year-old husky with striking blue eyes and the softest coat. I'm petite, about 45 lbs of gentle sweetness. My foster family fondly calls me Billie.I'm calm and sweet with people. I won't rush up to say hi, but I'm worth the wait. Once I'm comfortable, I'll melt right into your side. I also did great with a 2 year old in one of my foster homes.I'm a true husky at heart. I love getting out for walks, sniffing everything, and exploring, so an active home where I can enjoy the outdoors is my best match. I'm smart and eager to learn, and I already know sit, shake, down, and stay. Meat jerky treats are my love language. I'm not into toys, but I'll work hard for a favorite snack. I do great on my own at home, settling in happily with a cozy bed.I'm still decompressing from all the changes and slowly learning to trust the world around me. New places can be very scary for me. A patient, gentle adopter will see me blossom.With other dogs, I'm happy to make friends. When I met one of my foster's energetic male husky, I was scared at first and asked for space. He was very patient with me, and after a bit we were running and playing together. I do best with friendly male dogs who give me room to warm up. I also met the cat at foster home and was very curious, but not in a "you look like a snack" way, so I may be trainable with a slow introduction.My story: I was found as a stray and ended up in a high-kill shelter in California. I was so scared there that I spent my days hiding in my kennel, and the volunteers who met me called me the sweetest baby girl. On the very day the shelter was preparing to euthanize me to make room for more dogs, an amazing family stepped up to foster me, and the rescue got me out just in time. Now I'm safe, and I'm slowly learning that the world can be kind.If you have good patience, a jerky treat jar ready to go, and enjoy getting out for walks and hikes, I'm ready to show you just how sweet I am.I'm up to date on vaccines, tested heartworm-negative, and getting spayed the first week of October.If you're interested in adopting me, reach out to plan a meetup.Thank you for choosing to adopt a rescue husky. Nana is a beautiful female Husky whose story has already broken our hearts. She was found tied up outside and abandoned, left alone with no one to care for her. Despite everything shes been through, Nana remains incredibly gentle, sweet, and loving. She gets along well with (most) other dogs and kids. After being rescued, Nana underwent surgery to remove a mammary mass that was diagnosed as cancer. Thankfully, the surgery achieved clean margins, but testing showed the cancer has already spread, making recurrence likely. Her prognosis is heartbreaking, with an estimated one-year survival rate of 27%. Right now, Nana urgently needs a loving foster home where she can recover, feel safe, and enjoy the comfort and kindness she has always deserved. The rescue will provide medical support. Nana just needs a calm place to rest and someone willing to love her through this chapter of her life. Can you help Nana? Meet Almond - Sunshine in Dog Form Update: Almond is joining the Ridge Dogs training program at Coyote Ridge training facility. She's already a fantastic girl and we're hoping some training will help her get ready for her future adopters! Almond is a 1-year-old yellow Shepherd-Husky mix who's ready to trade her past for a fresh start and maybe a yard full of squeaky toys. This sweet girl was rescued off death row in Downey, CA. She had almost given up hope when someone asked Red Waggin' to give her a second chance. Now shes safe in Washington, dreaming of her forever (or foster!) family. Almond is equal parts playful and people-loving. She greets new friends (human or canine) with joyful energy. With people, she will roll over immediately for belly rubs. With other dogs, once she's had a chance to say hello, she settles in quickly and just wants to be part of the pack. She's done well with other dogs of all sizes and would thrive in an active home where she gets attention and lots of love. Almond is showing us that she's eager to please and full of potential.
