Story
Hey, I'm Inu, 3yr old Husky mix, around 55 lbs. Am I ever "Inu".... see what I did there? I am a sweet boy who is ready for my new forever home. I get along great with people of all sizes and all the other doggos. I am not a fan of cats so please, let’s not try that! I am a bigger boy so keep that in mind if you have little people cos I could knock them over, but I would make an awesome walking / running / hiking partner with the big-uns! If you think you and I might just make the perfect pairing, then please check me out asap! *All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. We believe fostering dogs and not having them decompress in a kennelled environment is more beneficial for the dogs and builds their trust and companionship in a family situation. Adoption fee includes transportation costs, previous/current medical treatment (spay/neuter, etc.) and a health certificate for cross-state travel*

Looking for a blue eyed girl... brown eyed girl... Well you get both with me. Hi I'm Sasha and as you can see I have the beautiful eyes of a Husky, one of each colour! I am about 2.5 years old and ready to meet you. I am a very sweet and gentle girl looking for my forever home. I know some commands and I love other dogs and all the people. I walk well on a leash, I’m quite calm and leisurely and would make the perfect walking, hiking, running companion. I have that super smart Husky brain and I am very attentive to my people. I would love to find an active home who like to balance activity with good naps! I would make a wonderful friend for anyone, so please, don't be shy... find out more about me. *All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. Story
Our dog, Scar, came to us from a good friend in Florida who breeds his breed. We were very grateful because we knew Scar came from a caring and loving home. From the moment we brought Scar home, he showed us what a sweet dog he is. He loves being around people, enjoys getting attention, and is always happy to make new friends. Whether he is playing at the park, going for walks, or relaxing with me and my wife, Scar has a gentle and loving personality. One of the things we love most about Scar is that he is not aggressive at all. He is calm, friendly, and gets along well with everyone he meets. But since we’re in an apartment we feel that the dogs needs are not being met and we want want to give him the best chance at living his beautiful life.

Story
Animal Information: Maple and her brother Moose were surrendered to our rescue by a Good Samaritan. While visiting friends on reservation land, she noticed two very emaciated puppies wandering outside. Sadly, a third puppy from the same group had already passed away, likely due to malnutrition. The puppies did not have access to food or water. Seeing their condition, she made the decision to bring Maple and Moose home and began searching for a rescue in the Seattle area that could take them in. After meeting the puppies, we agreed to help and bring them into our care. Maple and Moose are estimated to be around 5 months old. Their parents are known on the property. Their mother is a Siberian Husky mix and their father is an Australian Shepherd. We will be looking for single family homes with securely fenced yard and a canine companion. We are not considering apartment for her at this time. They are now safe and receiving the care they need as they begin their journey toward healthy, happy lives. Foster Profile: Coming Soon! Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations Rabies and DPPV per AVMA standards, any indicated preventative care, microchip with lifetime registration, and recent health check with a veterinarian. Adoption fee may be tax deductible as Dog Gone Seattle is a 501c3 organization (ID 81-5101166). Apply Online: www.doggoneseattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: This dog was surrendered to our rescue when after they were rescued by a good samaritan and arrived to foster care on 4/20/26. They will be available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care.June 26, 2026, 8:10 pm

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Elvira! This petite 3-year-old, 38lb Siberian Husky is the perfect mix of playful, active, and goofy — everything you’d expect from a husky! Elvira loves people and has been friendly and playful with the other dogs in our care. She’d make an amazing adventure buddy for someone who enjoys hiking, exploring, and spending time outdoors. Like many huskies, Elvira has a curious side and will need a secure 6ft+ wood fence to keep her safely contained — she’s a bit of an escape artist! She’s also quite interested in small critters like squirrels and bunnies, so a home without cats would be the best fit. If you’re looking for a loyal, spirited companion to join you on life’s adventures, Elvira might just be your perfect match! Elvira is spayed, UTD on shots, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $500.

Story
Hi, meet sweet Caitlin who's around 5 yrs old. She’s got soulfully sad blue eyes and a beautiful mask. She's a shy girl with humans but loves other dogs, they seem to be her security blanket so it's best she lives in a home with other dogs, and she is great with dogs any sizes even ok with cats! Her previous foster was very patient and slowly helped her learn to trust. She's crate trained and house trained. She's just a sweet shy girl who needs a patient owner to shower her with love but also give her space too. She's deserving of a wonderful home to love and be loved. Please reach out to us and send your application in for the beautiful Caitlin. Currently in Northern California, but can be transported up to northern states, such as Oregon, Washington, or any other states within the US continental.
