Story
Adoptable in: MAGood with dogs: Yes, with proper introsGood with cats: NoGood with kids: Older children only (16+)Crate trained: YesHouse trained: YesHarley Memphis is a sweet, loyal, sensitive soul who is looking for a patient and loving family to live out his golden years. He recently underwent two major surgeries and is looking for a home that will continue to meet his unique medical needs. Although he has some physical limitations, he does not let this bring him down and is enjoying his life to the fullest!A few of Harley’s favorite things include snuggling with his humans, going for short walks, zoomies in small spaces, and spray cheese! Due to his mobility issues, Harley would do best in a home with minimal stairs and that has carpeting as he sometimes slips on hardwood floors. He would love a home with lots of soft dog beds, as he is unable to jump onto furniture. He does well with new dogs after proper introductions, but should have monitored interactions with other dogs, especially when approached from behind, until he feels more confident. Harley is currently thriving in his foster home and does best with structure and boundaries. He has met cats and would do best in a cat-free home as he is a bit too interested in his feline friends. Harley has met children and would do best in a home with older, dog-savvy teens (16+) who will respect his personal space and not make sudden, loud noises or movements. Harley is fully house and crate trained. Harley enjoys having his crate door open so he can come and go as he pleases. He rotates through his crate and his favorite dog beds when his foster is at work. Harley enjoys going for short walks around the neighborhood and walks well on leash. Harley is looking for a quiet family who will provide him with structure, love, and support so he can live a life of leisure!Note: Harley is part of our Foster to Adopt (FTA) program for prescription medication. Please Note: All dogs are posted until they are officially adopted. Smart, happy, and eager to please, this pup will adapt to almost any family. With a medium energy level, she loves to wrestle and tumble with her canine companions, but settles after play time for a nap..Blaklee is a friendly dog who makes friends easily with other dogs and people alike. She has not met cats, but has been a little too interested in the ones in the yard next door, so would likely do best without a feline sibling.Blaklee is both crate and house trained, making her an easy housemate. He’s a typical mid-energy puppy who enjoys romping and playing as much as a good nap. Scout will thrive in any home where he can get lots of love and give his family lots of laughs.Scout is a happy-go-lucky pup who loves to make new friends. He goes right up to new people to say hello, and he’s adored playing with the kids he’s met so far. Scout would happily play with other dogs for all of his waking hours, but he also reads cues well and gives them space if they want it. This sweet guy would be thrilled to have doggy and/or human siblings in his new home to play with. Scout hasn’t met cats yet, but he would likely do well with appropriate introductions. His hobbies include chewing on toys, sniffing around the yard or park, and gazing lovingly into your eyes.Scout has been working hard on his puppy manners. He’s crated during the day and overnight and usually settles immediately. Scout has been making great progress with his house training and with some time patience, and consistency, he’s sure to be a pro in no time. This curiously friendly gentle giant has the sweetest soul and the floppiest ears you’ve ever seen. Moose is a laid-back, loving pup who’s happiest when he’s cuddled up beside his humans. He loves squeaky toys, a good wrestling match with his dog buddies, and exploring the world around him—but when playtime is over, he’s all about burrowing into a cozy bed for a well-earned nap. With his balanced, easygoing energy, Moose is the kind of companion who can settle beautifully into a wide variety of homes.Moose is a social butterfly in a big puppy body! He adores playing with his doggie siblings and has gotten along famously with every dog he’s met—just one quick sniff and you’re in his inner circle. He’s also done wonderfully with neighborhood kids (ages 6–9), happily joining in their play and soaking up the attention. While Moose hasn’t met a cat just yet, his gentle and friendly nature suggests he could do well with a dog-savvy feline friend given proper introductions. This handsome boy is as smart as he is sweet. Moose already knows how to sit on command, walks nicely on a harness, and is crate-trained. He’s still working on perfecting his house manners, but with consistency and love, he’s well on his way to becoming the ultimate well-behaved companion. Moose truly has the biggest heart and is ready to share it with a lucky family.Choose Moose!! This lovable goofball will wag his way right into your heart the second you meet him. Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted.
