He recently underwent two major surgeries and is looking for a home that will continue to meet his unique medical needs. Although he has some physical limitations, he does not let this bring him down and is enjoying his life to the fullest!A few of Harley’s favorite things include snuggling with his humans, going for short walks, zoomies in small spaces, and spray cheese! Due to his mobility issues, Harley would do best in a home with minimal stairs and that has carpeting as he sometimes slips on hardwood floors. He would love a home with lots of soft dog beds, as he is unable to jump onto furniture. He does well with new dogs after proper introductions, but should have monitored interactions with other dogs, especially when approached from behind, until he feels more confident. Harley is currently thriving in his foster home and does best with structure and boundaries. He has met cats and would do best in a cat-free home as he is a bit too interested in his feline friends. Harley has met children and would do best in a home with older, dog-savvy teens (16+) who will respect his personal space and not make sudden, loud noises or movements. Harley is fully house and crate trained. Harley enjoys having his crate door open so he can come and go as he pleases. He rotates through his crate and his favorite dog beds when his foster is at work. Harley enjoys going for short walks around the neighborhood and walks well on leash. Harley is looking for a quiet family who will provide him with structure, love, and support so he can live a life of leisure!Note: Harley is part of our Foster to Adopt (FTA) program for prescription medication. Please Note: All dogs are posted until they are officially adopted. Story
Adoptable in: MA, RI, NH, CT, and VT Good with dogs: Yes Good with cats: Unknown, likely yes Good with kids: Yes Crate trained: Yes House Trained: Working on itTucker Man is the sweetest little fella with big soulful eyes. This mid-energy puppy loves to run around and play, but is also happy to just be wherever his people are. Tucker is looking for a loving home where can get the structure and affection that any growing puppy thrives on. Tucker adores other dogs and will bound right up to them to play. If they aren’t interested, he’ll leave them alone and play by himself. Tucker hasn’t met cats yet but would likely do well with them with proper introductions. When meeting new people he prefers to stick close to his familiar humans, but he can easily be encouraged and then warms up quickly. Tucker has stayed with young kids and loved playing with them and getting attention—he would do great with human or canine siblings! He enjoys pouncing on his toys and throwing them around for himself, but he’s even happier when he can engage in interactive play with others. Tucker is a crate training pro. He goes right in with a favorite toy, a treat, and some white noise, and will sleep through the night with no issues. Tucker has been working hard on his house training and is still learning to alert in time. With patience, consistency, and time, this young pup is continuing to make good progress. Tucker is also working on his leash skills. He loves to go for car rides, and he is excited to perfect his leash manners so he can go on lots of adventures in his new home. Tucker is very food motivated and will work hard to earn treats and praise. Tucker Man is the full package: sweet, snuggly, and ready to be the apple of someone’s eye. Could he be the one you’ve been looking for? Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted. This dog may have other interested adopters in line. Adoptable in: MA, RI, NH, CT, and VTGood with dogs: YesGood with cats: YesGood with kids: Yes, dog savvy childrenCrate trained: YesHouse Trained: Mostly Meet Annette!  She is the sweetest girl who may be a little shy at first, but give her some time and she will completely steal your heart! She’s affectionate, silly, and full of charm, happily following you from room to room just to be near you. She absolutely loves to snuggle and is the perfect nap buddy - calm, cozy, and content just being by your side. With a medium energy level and sweet disposition, Annette will fit into just about any home with the patience to continue with her puppy training. Annette is wonderful with other dogs and enjoys playing outside, making her a great companion for both playtime and relaxing days at home. She has been in a foster home with cats and did not pay much attention to them, so will be fine with feline siblings. She has also been around multiple children of different ages and was great with them too. This smart puppy is crate trained and finds it to be her safe space, making a little cocoon with her blanket and settling right in for the night.  She is very close to being housetrained.  She has only had a couple of accidents since she arrived at her foster home and is sure to be fully trained in no time. She walks well on leash and enjoys her walks (and you will enjoy watching her beautiful bouncy ears!).  As a puppy she is still working on her manners but responds very well to verbal cues and commands.  This sweet and gentle soul is ready for a home and family to help her blossom into the most loyal, loving companion you could ask for. Could she be the missing piece in your family? Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted. This dog may have other interested adopters in line. Adoptable in: MA, RI, NH, CT, and VTGood with dogs: YesGood with cats: Unknown, likely yesGood with kids: YesCrate trained: YesHouse Trained: YesMeet Toto, a sweet and friendly guy with a heart just as big as his fluffy, handsome self! This lower-energy guy can be enticed to play, but mostly he’d prefer to go for a nice walk or chill with a chew toy. Toto will thrive in most any setting, from a busy household full of activity to a quieter home looking for a loyal companion.Toto does well meeting new people. He’s a laid-back dude, so he’s more likely to calmly sniff than to run up to someone for attention. Toto has done wonderfully with kids of all ages and would make a great companion for human siblings. He hasn’t met cats, but he has shown no interest in his foster's guinea pig, so he would likely do well with them. This well behaved boy is crated during the day and overnight without any issues. He prefers to be your constant shadow, but he is a good boy and settles immediately in his crate if you need some space or to go out. Toto is also fully house trained! He is great on a leash, sticking by you and unbothered by what is going on around him.  Toto is ready to bring love, joy, and a whole lot of tail wags into your life. All he’s missing is a forever family to call his own—change that by applying to meet him today! Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted.
