Story
Meet RUDY!! This Labby mix PAL is so sweet. He just arrived in Massachusetts and is learning all about walking on the leash, meeting new people, and going on all kinds of adventures.  He currently fostered locally in MA in a home with 3 other dogs and he is settling right in with all of them and having a BLAST!   He is so smart and he so is very eager to learn ♥ He is a pretty active PAL and so dog friendly & playful and his favorite things to do these days are; playing with his foster siblings , splashing in the kiddie pool & taking a nice leisurely snooze outside on a chair!  We really feel he would do best in a home with another friendly dog - it's really unbelievable how much other dogs really help to build his confidence. It's pretty amazing to watch! 6 mo/@25 lbs crate trained & housebroken in foster loves to play with other dogs, loves water! neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped  ——————————————- fostered locally- apply today !  please remember we are all volunteers, incomplete applications will not be processed If you are interested in adopting a GBP rescue PAL, please submit an application and we will reach out to you within 48 hours to start the approval process. https://galsbestpal.com/adoption/ It’s ok if you don’t know exactly what you are looking for, we are experts in matchmaking and can talk with you and figure out what PAL would be a good fit for your home! XO, THE GBP TEAM PS - Please keep in mind, our bio's are based on feedback we have received from the current foster home the dog is in. We can never guarantee how a transition will affect the dog. GBP is here to help make the transition as easy as possible but time + patience are also important when adopting a new PAL.  Breed Mixes & Ages are a best guess and can not be guaranteed** ##2067033##

Story
Hi, my name is Trisha! I came all the way to Cape Ann Animal Aid from Georgia with my littermates. I'm a 4 month old Retriever / Lab mix and I weigh 23 lbs. The staff here think I'll be a medium to large sized dog when fully grown. I am friendly, affectionate, and playful and I love making new doggy friends. I enjoy romping around with my puppy pals, but I'm just as happy curling up on the couch with my humans. Like all puppies I am curious about the world around me and I've got plenty of energy to burn! If I sound like the right dog for you please fill out an application for me. Once it is approved you can come in to visit me. You can find the application at https://capeannanimalaid.org/adopt.html

Story
Meet Tess! This adorable little lady came to us all the way from Georgia, and is currently about 3 months old. Tess was surrendered by her owner down south when he was unfortunately not able to find homes for her and her sister. So, she has made her way all the way to Cape Animal Aid hoping to find her forever home! Tess is a very sweet girl who has all the qualities anyone could hope to find in a precious little pup. Since she is still a pup, Tess will need some help working on her manners. She enjoys running around and playing in the yard, getting lots of love from the staff and volunteers, and of course, lots of snacks! This little girl would make the perfect addition to any family! If you're interested in applying for this sweet thing, you can go right over to capeannanimalaid.org/dogapp and fill out an application for her today!

Story
Adoptable in: MAGood with dogs: Yes, with proper introsGood with cats: YesGood with kids: Yes (13+)Crate trained: Working on itHouse trained: YesAce is an adorable pup who adores snuggling, playing tug of war, and hanging out with his humans! Anyone who meets him falls head over heels for this gentle and silly little goofball. He gets along well with many dogs, especially older and calmer ones who can match his mellow energy level, and he has a blast at daycare with his furry friends. Ace is already house-trained and is currently working on crate training - he's a total champ at overnight crating and is actively making progress with daytime crating.A perfect day for Ace starts with a nice walk (where he loves to say hello to new people with a friendly howl!) and then he spends the rest of the day chilling on the couch with his chew toys and his family. He's highly motivated by food and will do just about anything for a tasty treat, so further training should be a piece of cake. He also thrives on routine, so having a schedule will help him settle into his new environment.Ace is the ultimate companion animal - he feels much more confident and comfortable when he's around his humans so he has some separation anxiety, which is slowly improving in his foster home! Because of this, he would do best with a family that is home more often than not. Additionally, he tends to be vocal when anxious (and even when he's happy and excited - this chatty boy loves to say hello!). Ace is best suited for a single-family home.Ace is a fantastic dog who is eagerly waiting to meet his forever family! Please Note: All dogs are posted until they are officially adopted. This dog may have other interested adopters in line. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website at www.lasthopek9.org.July 18, 2024, 2:34 pm
