Story
Cruz is the sweetest little pup looking for his forever home. Cruz and his brother Diego were dumped by their owner on the side of a busy road and they are ready for a fresh start! Cruz is doing great in his foster home, loving attention and playing with his brother. We think these brothers may be Lab/Shepherd mixes and will most likely be large dogs. At roughly 9 weeks old they are weighing in over 10lbs. Cruz would love an active family with a fenced backyard for him to safely run and play in. If you think this sweet boy would make a great addition to your family, then please fill out the adoption application on our website https://www.pawsitiveimpactncdogrescue.org/adopt  ##1982745##

Story
Frankie is a 4-year-old, neutered male.  He is up-to-date on shots/vaccines, neutered, and microchipped.  This guy needs a family with patients.  We believe he has been abused.  He is skittish and cowers if you raise your hand for something as simple as to grab something.  He does well around other dogs and people.  We need a foster or foster to adopt for Frankie.  He needs a home with a patient family and no young children.  He has been in our rescue since May 15th and now needs a foster or adopted family to help him continue to flourish.  We will require a fenced-in backyard at the foster or forever home.  Please visit www.pincdogrescue.org/adopt to submit an adoption application or www.pincdogrescue.org/foster to submit a foster application. ##1454800##

Story
Meet Honey! Honey is a sweet, happy Lab/hound mix puppy born around September 17, 2025. Honey is an all-around happy, playful, and snuggly girl who truly enjoys life. She loves being outside, playing with her foster puppy brother, fetching sticks, and soaking up attention from her people. Mealtime and treats are high points of her day, but she’s just as content cuddled up on the couch after playtime. One of Honey’s most charming traits is her adorable wiggle-butt—when she gets excited, her whole body joins in. With her long, wiggly legs, she’s often compared to Bambi learning to walk, and it’s guaranteed to make you laugh. She would do best in a home where she gets plenty of companionship, love, and reassurance as she continues to grow. On walks, she’s learning to navigate the world and is gaining confidence every day. She does wonderfully with other dogs and loves to play, making her a great potential canine sibling. While she hasn’t been around cats yet, she’s very friendly by nature. Honey would thrive in a home that enjoys a mix of activity and downtime—she’d love hikes and adventures, but she’s just as happy hanging around the house with her people. She’s smart, eager to learn, and just needs someone willing to guide her as she continues discovering the world. Honey is current on vaccines, and her adoption fee includes her future spay and microchip. If you think Honey could be the perfect addition to your family, please contact us at adopt@carolinapaws.com

Story
Meet Carmela! Carmela is a beautiful Lab/hound mix puppy born around September 17, 2025. Carmela is as charming on the outside as she is on the inside. Carmela is a smart, playful, loving, and sensitive young pup who bonds deeply with her people. She has a gentle, thoughtful nature and likes to take in the world at her own pace. Once she feels comfortable, her happy personality shine, especially when there’s fetch involved or a cozy couch to snuggle on. She’s a big fan of tennis balls and has a special fondness for sweet treats, which makes training fun and rewarding. One of Carmela’s most endearing traits is her voice—she’s delightfully expressive and will squeak, bark, grumble, and “talk back” to you during conversations or when she has an opinion. It’s impossible not to smile at her commentary! She’s also great in the car and rides. Carmela is house trained and continuing to build confidence with leash walking and crate training. Her ideal home would be a calm, loving environment where she can feel secure and be an included part of the family. She’d thrive with someone who enjoys daily playtime—especially fetch—and can offer both physical activity and mental stimulation to match her intelligence. Because of her gentle demeanor, Carmela would likely do well with respectful children and could be a wonderful companion for a family or a dedicated individual. She’s still young and learning, and with the right guidance, she’s going to grow into an incredible dog. Carmela is current on vaccines, and her adoption fee includes her future spay and microchip. If you think Carmela could be the perfect addition to your family, please contact us at adopt@carolinapaws.com
