Meet Remmy,- 4 years old- slender medium-sized Boxer & Lab/Husky mix- good with adults and children- house trained- good with other dogs and catsWhat Remmy wants most in the world is simple: love. Remmy is loyal and affectionate. She has the kind of eyes that have a pleading look that seem to ask, “Is this where I finally belong?” She’ll nuzzle her face into you, place a paw on you to make sure you don’t forget she’s there, and her favorite move of all is resting her chin on you and gazing up with pure devotion. Remmy loves to run. A yard where she can stretch her legs would be life-changing for her. She also adores big rope toys and squeaky stuffed animals. Once she gets her energy out, she transforms. She becomes calm and cuddly and loves to settle down on a soft blanket.Remmy’s past: She spent much of her life confined, often shut in a kennel or bedroom without enough freedom to just be a dog. She has some separation anxiety and can seem clingy at first. She’s just never had the security of knowing when someone would come back. If you like to feel needed and adored, Remy will be perfect for you! If left alone for a long time or confined, she may bark, whine, or chew up her toys. We believe with some routine and space to move, she will heal from this. She was put up for adoption because she was abandoned by her original owner and the second owners just couldn`t give her the space and routine she needed. Despite everything Remmy has endured, she remains incredibly sweet and full of love to give. Will you give her a chance at a new life?

Hi, I'm Reno! Age: Approx. 2 years Gender: Neutered Male Weight: 50 lbs Breed: Labrador Retriever Mix Favorites: Treats, doing zoomies in the play yard, playing with people Energy level: High Training: Knows command “sit,” working on “shake” Other important info about me: I came to the shelter when my owners left me behind in a hotel room. I was really sad when they never came back, and being the smart guy I am, I opened the hotel door right up and let myself out to go find them! Thankfully the hotel staff called Animal Services right away and a nice officer picked me up before anything bad happened to me. I love spending time around the staff and volunteers here but as you can imagine, being in the shelter kennel has been quite an adjustment for me and I would really love to find a new family to love me. I appear to do well with people of all ages and other dogs, but I haven’t been tested with cats at this time.
