Meet Winnie!
Winnie is an affectionate, playful, happy-go-lucky girl who has one very important goal in life.
To love her people as much as humanly—or dog-ly—possible!
She's social, sweet, cuddly, and wonderfully easygoing. She enjoys playing with toys, spending time with other dogs, and going for walks, but her absolute favorite activity is being close to her humans.
And when we say close, we mean CLOSE.
Winnie is a true Velcro dog.
If you get up, she's probably coming with you.
If you sit down, she's probably sitting beside you.
And if you stop petting her?
Well, Winnie has a very effective little system for fixing that problem.
Her foster describes her in three words:

Winnie absolutely adores her people.
She's the kind of dog who would rather be sitting beside her foster mom getting attention than playing with all the toys in the world.
And she really does love her toys!
But when it comes down to choosing between a fun toy and a comfortable spot next to her favorite human?
Her human wins almost every time.
Her foster says Winnie follows her everywhere and simply wants to be loved.
She's happiest when she can curl up beside someone on the couch, enjoy some pets, and relax knowing her people are nearby.
Winnie isn't asking for anything complicated.
She just wants to be part of your life.
Preferably the part where you're sitting down and have at least one free hand.
The Official Petting Inspector
Winnie has one particularly adorable habit that her foster absolutely loves.
When she's sitting beside you, she enjoys being petted.
