Story
They are both very loving dogs that we are so sad we must rehome. Bear loves to run and play, while Thanos is the cuddle buddy. Bear and Thanos have lived together their whole lives and are good friends. Bear is skinny because he never stops playing, Thanos is the larger one because he loves to sleep. They also both love to bark at deer or other things in the dark, and as such make excellent guard dogs. We don’t have children, so we don’t know how they would act around kids. Bear is afraid of loud noise, but especially gunshots. Please keep that in mind. He has panic attacks when he hears gunshots and has quickly dug out of his pen before when our neighbors were target shooting.

Story
Brook is a 9 month old female hound mix. She is great with other dogs and walks well on a leash. She is fixed and ready to find her forever home!   Stray Haven in an effort to help with the overcapacity of one of their partnering rescues, is crossposting the adoptable pets. Ripley County Humane Society is a beautiful non kill campus, comprised of three buildings on 13 sprawling acres in Osgood Indiana. Due to the remote location, they don't show up in the searches commonly made by adopters because they are just outside for the 30 mile radius of Cincinnati OH, Indianapolis IN and Louisville KY. Please take a look at these beautiful babies and fill out an application at the link below OR drop by their physical location which is open every single day from 12-330 for visitors.   If you would like to meet any of our pets, they are available for viewing, every single day from noon until 3:30pm. If you have other dogs a meet and greet is required. Calling before a long drive is recommended to confirm availability. Ripley County Humane Society, 1202 W County Rd 150 N, Osgood, IN 47037. 812-689-3773  You can fill out an application online at this link - https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/57789/generic . ##2757115##
