Royce is a healthy Pomeranian mix. He was my nephew’s dog and is 9 years old. My nephew had to move in with my sister for a short time. When he moved out, he couldn’t take Royce with him. My sister already had 3 dogs. He got along fine with her dogs but she was overwhelmed with 4 dogs. I told her I would foster Royce and try to find him a home. He likes other dogs and he gets along fine with my cat. I also have a dog and they get along fine. He loves children and would be very happy in a home with children. He loves to go on walks. When you put his leash on, he grabs the leash with his mouth and acts like he’s going to take himself for a walk. He’s a cute dog. Sometimes he gets excited and loves to chase squirrels. I think he would make a good pet for a family with children.

Molly is a sweet rescue we git a little under a year ago. When we rescued her she had been found on the side of the road with her back leg badly injured to the point she had to get it amputated. She has made a full recovery and you can barely even tell she is missing a leg due to her energetic and spunky personality. She is very sweet and loves to be loved. Her only issue is that she’s not potty trained and needs a more experienced adopter to work with her on that. My two kids and cat have gotten along with her great and she’s so sweet to everyone.

Meet Bella! Bella is a 3 year old Pomeranian mix who is around 10-15 lbs. She is currently on the look out for the perfect home! She is a sweetheart and loves to cuddle. But she has very bad anxiety. As much as her current owner would love to keep her, their home isn’t a great fit as it’s very busy with people going in and out, young children and other large dogs. Bella is terrified of strangers, of children, of men, big cats. thunderstorms, any loud sounds. She spends her days hiding, she has gotten to the point where she doesn't even like going outside anymore because there are so many noises in the neighborhood and dogs in near by yards. Bella does well with other small dogs and is great friends with her current fur sibling. Ideally, she needs a home with an older single woman. She absolutely cannot go to a home with children. She is unfortunately a bite risk. She needs a home that doesn't have a lot of visitors and is quiet. We think in the right home, Bella would thrive. So, we thought we would share her here in the first attempt to find her a home. If anyone's grandma is looking for a companion??? (Dallas, Texas) How's this even possible? Small and fun pups have always gone adopted fast, but Marley's still here playing with all the big dogs in our program. How's this even possible? Marley's an energetic boy, a whole white ball of fun-seeking guy. Although he's small and light, he knows how to wrestle well with big dogs. Marley certainly is good-looking, and his smile is contagious. It's hard to stay serious around him when he looks at you with that constant grin on his face. We know it sounds weird, but it is really funny seeing Marley pee pee. The way that he's so enthusiastically stretching his legs and kicking the grass and dirt after he's done pee pee is a scene that stops us from doing everything, and simply looking at him and laughing. While Marley thinks of himself as the big boy, not into snuggles, after almost half-year boarding with Angie, he starts sneaking onto Angie's lap for a bit of cuddle. Marley is about 2 years old, merely 10-12 lbs. a very likely Pomeranian mix. He's playful, house-trained, fixed, and shots up to date. This one year old terrier/chihuahua mix has had a rough start to his young life. He has been in two kill shelters through no fault of his own. People in his life have let him down, but he holds no grudges. He still loves everyone. Jeffrey, aka by Batman, is a very sweet and energetic boy! He rarely barks and loves meeting people. Jeffrey follows his foster Mom everywhere, so will be your little shadow. Like all puppies or young dogs, he loves to chew on his toys and enjoys playtime. We are not sure how he is with children, but he has shown no aggression to any other dog or person. We think he would do best in a home that has time to play with him and not kennel him for most of the day. He is such a cutie and is going to make someone family very happy.
