Story
Meet Paxton! Paxton is an adorable and mischievous 3-year-old male Pomeranian weighing in at 4lbs. He is neutered and up to date on all his vaccinations. He made his way to Saving Hope Rescue as part of a breeder surrender though no fault of his own. Despite his size, Paxton packs a punch in the excessive vocal department particularly when he feels alone. He will be best suited in a home only and no apartments please. The ideal home would have someone who works from home fulltime. Housetraining is ongoing and until mastered, he will require a bellyband and consistent outings. He has proven to be stubborn in this area, but small victories are celebrated. In his foster home, Paxton lives with many dogs of all ages and sizes. He does incredibly well with socialization and has a high level of comfortability with his own kind. In meeting new people, he tends to be a bit nervous, but curiosity gets the best of him. Paxton is best suited and safest with adults and children 10 years and older due to his size, fragility, and sensitivity. He enjoys toys, but his focus lies on household items which are not in his best interest. Thus, his engaged playfulness will need to be redirected positively with a vigilant eye. Breed knowledge is preferred as Paxton will require regular grooming and teeth cleaning as this breed is prone to dental disease. To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step. Story
Meet Piglet! Meet our hilarious and adorable 4 month old Pom Chi Papillon mix! With his stunning merle and white coat and charming pink undertones, he's sure to steal your heart. This little guy craves attention and loves to be doted on.Due to his playful nature and tendency to nip during vaccinations, he would do best in a home without young children. Additionally, he's a bit of an escape artist, so a secure, hole-free fence is a must.If you're looking for a sweet and spirited companion, this pup is the perfect addition to your family! To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step. Story
Bree is being fostered in NJ. Her name is Bree but you could also call her Little Miss Perfect! Bree adjusted to her foster home with no problem and immediately found her way around and knew how to get our attention when she needs to go outside. She has the playfulness of a puppy - if you bring Bree into your family, have plenty of squeaky toys on hand. She loves to destroy them! Bree is also happy to sit on your lap or next to you as you relax. She enjoys "watching" TV and will bark if she hears a dog on the screen. She is also a good car rider. She is a well-mannered little girl who knows her manners, like to sit when receiving a treat. And she does expect a treat when she comes back inside from going potty. Bree mostly sleeps in her own dog bed at night, but will sometimes want to sleep in the bed next to someone. Since going blind, she can be reactive when another dog invades her space, or even if Bree invades their space. We've had a few spats but everyone has come out unharmed. It is best to feed Bree in her own space. Even though Bree is a senior dog, she has plenty of playful years ahead of her and will be a joy to any family who adopts her. BDRA has voted against the use of electrical fencing effective immediately.

Story
This is Mr. Bean is a Fox Faced Pomeranian born 6/2/2022. He and his parents are registered as purebreds with the DBA Certified East Texas State Kennel Club. I Purchased him from Pick-a-Pup in Canton when he was three months. Ive kept up his vaccinations through the Texas Coalition for Animal Protection in Allen Texas. He is chipped and registered with Home Again. Bean is very energetic, loves attention from people. He has never been around other animals but might like the companionship. He is smart, knows a few tricks, can differentiate his favorite toys and likes to play tug with his rope or a towel. He stays indoors since Im not home during the day but he really needs a home with a yard. He is house broken but has excitability sprinkles sometimes. He will be shy at first but he is a good dog who just needs more attention than I can give him. I’m asking for a $50 rehoming fee. He comes with a wire crate, harness and retractable leash.

Story
~~Although we do our very best to make sure your new pup is in tiptop health before adoption, things could drastically change a month later.  Since we don’t have a long health history of your adopted dog, we can only treat the pet for whatever symptoms present during the initial exam and follow up exams.~ Health: ***** Chico has CHF and will have to remain on medication to keep it in control. He is doing very well on the meds. No other  obvious health issues have been found during his last vet exam ***** Temperament: Meet Chico, a delightful Pomeranian with soft, slick red hair and a fluffy tail. Resembling a baby fox, Chico is small in stature and is both leash and crate trained. He enjoys car rides, cuddling on the couch, and is obedient, affectionate, and eager to please. Chico is an intelligent, even-tempered, and a gentle companion, with a goofy side that adds charm to his personality. It's important to note that Chico has a heart issue requiring daily medication to prevent coughing. Despite this, Chico brings joy and love, making him an ideal addition to a caring and understanding home. Where did he come from:  Surrendered to our rescue when his owner could no longer care for him. Adoption: ***** $200.00 ***** Weight: 7.4 lbs. Approximate age: 9/26/2012 ADOPTION APPLICATION: http://www.recycledpoms.org/application -- Email info@recycledpomeranians.com to request a printable application. --   ------Please remember our group is made of only volunteers all of whom have full time jobs, foster fur-kids, and families of their own, so please be patient.-------- July 25, 2024, 11:00 pm
