After a long process of persuasion, Adogs team obtained a relinquishment agreement from their owner and safely rescued both dogs. Thankfully, Boksunga has been adopted and is living a new life, and Bamtori has regained his health with proper medical treatment and care after the rescue. 3⃣ Personality & Characteristics • With People: Loves people — even strangers! Is very friendly and affectionate right away. Easily trusts familiar people and seeks comfort from them. Is a sweet, loving little dog who enjoys being petted and loves to climb into people’s laps for cuddles. • With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs. Used to enjoy running and playing with his best friend #AdogsJoseph, who has since been adopted. Is very calm and enjoys her alone time. • With Cats: Lived peacefully with cats at the center. • Separation Anxiety: Since he lives in a group setting at the center, it’s hard to assess precisely. Rescue Story * Ruki was rescued from a hoarder’s home in Gimje, and had been transferred to the Gimje City Shelter. Ruki already had a skin condition and wasn’t able to get proper treatment at the shelter, so Adogs rescued him before it became worse. 3.) Basic Information * With People: Is shy with new people and isn’t comfortable with human touch yet so he must be cornered before he can be petted. However, he accepts it nicely once you actually touch him although he still needs more time to become comfortable with it since he’s timid. Lives and moves around comfortably around familiar people. * With Dogs: Got along with no issues with other dogs when he lived at the Adogs Center. Hasn’t met new friends yet after moving to his foster home. * With Cats: Hasn’t met cats yet. * Separation Anxiety: Stays alone well. * Potty Training: Was previously excellent with pottying indoors using potty pads, but has started having accidents on cushions after a visit to the vet. Is being slowly retrained. * Grooming: Does well with baths. * Walks: Hasn’t had experience with walks yet. * Car Sickness: Has a little bit of car sickness so care is needed. * Biting: Is a kind dog that’s never bitten. * Barking: Doesn’t bark for no reason. * Likes: Likes treats and these are helpful for getting closer to him. * Dislikes: Is scared of loud noises and becomes afraid if you move your hands downwards suddenly. Whines and expresses discomfort if you try to hold him. May have potty accidents if you set him down on the floor in areas with many people or at the vet, but if you hold him with his bottom well supported, he feels safer.

Meet Berry! Sweet and wonderful Berry lost his home when his owner passed away. He landed in a shelter and was adopted again, only for that owner to pass away suddenly also. Berry is now in a loving foster home and once again looking for a loving home to spend his final years in. This sweet little teddy bear is as gentle and easygoing as they come. He is 14 years of age and underneath that ball of fluff is a 13.7 pound body. Calm, friendly, and remarkably resilient; Berry was living in his forever home for less than a year when his person suddenly passed away. He was also happily sharing his new home with another dog. He’s not shy — just quietly affectionate and happy to be included. He enjoys meeting new people and other dogs. Recently, he had a dental and had 16 teeth removed; the result has been wonderful. His energy level and playfulness have actually increased, and he is feeling better than ever. Berry is an easy companion with the calm maturity of an older dog and modest exercise needs making him a great fit for a calm household or someone looking for a loving, sweet companion content to be near his people. He is potty and leash trained. Regular grooming will keep his lush double coat looking great.
