Story
Stella/Raspberry is a very sweet and companionable pug mix. We think she may be mixed with a chihuahua or pomeranian, as her nose is extended, she has an adorable underbite, and her fur is so soft and thick. She loves to cuddle her people and snuggles next to anyone for pets as soon as they sit down or just stands in one place for a moment. She walks well on a leash and loves all the people. She does ok with other dogs but does get jealous at times when other animals are getting attention, that is the only time she has growled or barked at our dogs. She isn't food aggressive at all, and has free fed without a problem. She likes mini milk bones or goldfish crackers as a treat. She barks sometimes at other passing dogs or dogs behind fences. She has had fewer and fewer indoor accidents as a result of learning and using the dog door. She's still just barely 1 and likes to play with and chew dog toys, and may find the occasional floor item to chew if something is left out. This little lady gets along SO great with kids. Her other foster mom said she was crate trained, though we haven't found the need. Stella will be a sweet and wonderful addition to her new family! Stella has been fine with other dogs, but only growls when others are getting attention and she is not! She is not aggressive when meeting other dogs on walks. At 1 yrs old, she is just learning the ropes!

Story
If you’re looking for a truly sweet and spunky sidekick, we’re happy to introduce Winston! This adorable gentleman is estimated to be a 1-year-old “chug” — an irresistibly cute pug and chihuahua blend — weighing in at about 16 pounds. Winston is an active, young little guy, and true to both companion breeds, he is attentive and affectionate and will adore you as much as you adore him.  What we love about Winston:   - His personality: sweet, sensitive, curious, happy-go-lucky!  - He is smart, eager to learn, and always up for a cuddle. - He is a great walker — and those little legs can move fast! - Loves playing with dog friends and his people, and settles nicely for a cozy nap afterward. - Enjoys puzzles, snuffle mats, and will happily self-entertain with his favorite toys (near his people ). - He is a social butterfly and has been a joy to introduce to new experiences, and has been a quick study with positive reinforcement training and structure. - That underbite! That curly pug tail!   Consider Winston if you enjoy including your dog in your active daily life: daily walks with time to get good smells, a thoughtful enrichment routine, and quality play and cuddle time. Ideally, Winston would have a well-matched canine sibling that likes to play and would appreciate a bestie. He has been comfortable with dogs large and small, is neutral with cats, and gentle and curious with kids. Because he enjoys lounging outside and attempting to chase birds and bunnies, fencing will be important to keep this little dude safe and allow him to explore. Winston also sleeps through the night, is crate trained, and is solid on his potty routine.    Winston could be a great match if you are looking for a charming companion who will make you laugh, keep you on your toes, join you on outings, and happily curl up next to you at the end of the day. He is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. Please submit an application at eapl.com His adoption fee is $375 April 7, 2026, 10:57 am

Story
Aloha (Hank) — a 2-year-old Frenchie–Pug mix weighing in at a cuddly 28 pounds, and I’m looking for my forever home. I’m a sweet guy with great energy who loves treats, toys, and getting out for walks and hikes, especially with a single person or a couple with older kids who enjoy being active together. I’ve had some tough experiences in my short life, and through no fault of my own my trust in people was shaken, so I take a little time to warm up — but once I do, I’m your friend for life and my whole heart belongs to my humans. I’d be happy as an only dog or living with other pups, and I’ve done well with pugs, Frenchies, and Boston terriers before. I’m potty-trained, sleep comfortably in my crate, and I can be trusted with free roam in the house. If you’re patient, kind, and have older children, I promise I’ll repay you with loyalty, love, and plenty of happy tail wags. 🐾

Story
Meet Maurice 🐾 Maurice is everything you love about pugs wrapped up in one adorable, easygoing little guy. He has a fun, affectionate personality and is happiest when he’s around his people—whether that’s snuggling on the couch or following you around the house with his signature pug charm. He is incredibly friendly and does great with kids and other dogs, making him a wonderful addition to a family home or a multi-pet household. Maurice truly enjoys being part of the action but also has a calm, laid-back side that makes him very easy to live with. Maurice is fully potty trained. Since he was recently neutered, he may do a little marking in a new environment at first, so a diaper for the first day or two can be helpful while he settles in. After that, he does very well with his routine. At night, Maurice sleeps comfortably in a crate or pen and settles in easily. He’s low-maintenance, adaptable, and just an all-around joy to have around. If you’re looking for a sweet, social, and loving companion with a big personality in a small body, Maurice might be your perfect match.

Story
MEDICAL HOLD Frank is the definition of a social butterfly. He gets along beautifully with dogs, cats, and children of all ages and sizes. Whether it’s a leashed walk around the neighborhood, a car ride to new places, or exploring the great outdoors, Frank is always up for an adventure — though for now, he’s taking it easy while he heals. At night and when his humans are away, Frank is content to rest in his crate, dreaming of squirrel chases and belly rubs. His high energy and playful spirit will be a perfect match for an active family ready to embrace his enthusiasm once he’s cleared for full playtime. Frank may be healing now, but he’s already dreaming of the day he can run, romp, and snuggle with his forever people. If you’re looking for a loyal, lively, and loving companion, Frank is ready to steal your heart.
