Hello, Ive had biscuit for about two years now and Im going to be honest it has been a challenge. Biscuit is an active dog and with me living in an apartment he isnt getting much stimulation as he needs, which is causing conflict hes never sitting down. Before you think he is an untrained dog think again, he is well trained and knows all his commands and listens but hes an active teenage dog who needs space to run and play. Another word hes bored. His personality is top tier its like have a cat and dog all in one with big dog energy. He is not the best off leash he will need to be leashed at all times because of his prey drive but he has been around cats and smaller dogs. Its the big dogs he thinks he can beat lol. Why am I putting biscuit up for adoption? I have another year on my leash and I do not have an active lifestyle. Darling Izzy/Lizzy is ready for her new home. Our girl is a little shy at first but is a loving and intelligent pup. About two years old next month, she came to us in Feb 2024 as a two month old puppy with her sister. Then known as Victoria, she was adopted the next month. Sadly, her parents had to return her to us this August. She weighs about 20 pounds, all vetted, microchipped and is looking for that family who is as wonderful as she is. You can adopt one of our great dogs, and spend the adoption fee on new toys, soft beds, and yummy treats instead! ara, named Blyss at the shelter, ended up there when someone called and said there was a dog on their front porch. We don't know if she was lost, or someone had dumped her, but no one came to get her, until we did. This girl, who we think is a mix of rat terrier, min pin and a little bit of pittie, is a petite girl. She weighed 29 pounds when we pulled her from the shelter, and was a bit underweight, with some filling out to do. She is about 2 years old now, and is at her perfect weight, weighing about 38 pounds. She has a slender little body with long legs, a beautiful red brindle coat, and ears for days! If you have wanted a dog to do dog sports with - like agility - this sweet athletic girl may be a great fit for you! Like all of our dogs, Zara is in Atlanta.
