Story
Meet Allspice – A Gentle Soul in Need of Love Allspice has had a difficult start in life. Born around August 1, 2014, he was never properly socialized and was treated poorly before coming into our care. Because of this, he is incredibly shy and unsure of the world. But underneath his timid exterior is a sweet, loving heart just waiting for the right person to show him that humans can be kind.Allspice needs a patient and compassionate family—one that will give him the time and love he deserves to come out of his shell. He may take a while to trust, but once he does, the bond you build will be unbreakable. He adores other dogs and gets along wonderfully with cats, making him a great companion in a calm and understanding home.Allspice is fully vetted and ready to find the person who will give him the second chance he so desperately needs. Without love, he won’t have the future he deserves. Could you be the one to change his life? Adoption Fee: $310 Apply at BossyPawsRescue.orgAllspice may be shy, but with the right person, he’ll finally know what it means to be safe and loved.

Story
Milo was born in the summer of 2021, July 25th. He is a very friendly and sociable pet, loves to play hide and seek. Sadly we are not able to keep him any more because we will move out of USA for a few years and where we are going to live doesn't have the propper space for an active dog lime Milo. He has been living with us for 3 years and he is now a very healthy, active and affectionate dog. He is a great friend and caring with children. He is trained not go upstairs and follows commands, he is also trained to hold for his needs when out of the house and does it on the yard. He enjoys walks, fetching and playing with the family. He is an excellent companion.

Story
Full of energy and enthusiasm, Rocky is is an eager-to-please 5-year-old rat terrier/chihuahua mix who is very motivated by affection. He's a super snuggle buddy, a feisty playmate, and an avid leash walker. He LOVES to run around the yard, chase his toys, play tug-of-war, and soak up all the attention you can provide. He thrives on any kind of physical contact, even coat brushing and dental hygiene! Rocky proved how smart he is when he became a star student in his recent training class. He knows many verbal cues, like sit, lie down, off, and place. He is reliably house-trained, rides well in the car, and has nice manners. Despite all of Rocky's charm and devotion to his family, he is challenged by his anxiety around new people and larger dogs. He may weigh only 17 lbs., but his feistiness makes encounters with strangers (both human and canine) loud and tense. Although he generally gets along with other dogs his size or smaller, he does get jealous and territorial in his home environment, so Rocky needs to be an only dog. Cats fascinate him and he's driven to chase them, so he also needs a feline-free home. It's important that strangers who don't want to risk being nipped don't try to make friends with Rocky too quickly. It takes him some time to develop enough trust in new people to show them his happy, affectionate, fun-loving side but once he does, he will turn into a warm cuddle buddy. Rocky yearns for a new home with more space to run, fewer stressors, and lots of positive interaction with his trusted humans. His idea of heaven is a home with a fenced yard and no other animals competing for resources or your attention. In an adult-only home with 'parents' who mostly stay home and have few visitors, Rocky will be happy, utterly devoted, affectionate, obedient, and engaging. That's the real Rocky! With your understanding and determination to reduce the stress and anxiety in Rocky's life, he'll become your most faithful companion. Story
Ruby! What a lovely gem this pup is! She is a laid back, snuggly little girl with a sparkly personality.   Ruby is a rat terrier/Jack Russel mix. She seems to have short legs with a chubby body. She is about 3 months old and weighs around 10 lbs -- and growing fast! We think she may grow to a medium size between 30-50 lbs. when she is an adult. Ruby would love to have a home with another canine brother or sister. She enjoys the company of other dogs and is a little bit of a follower right now. She is a wonderful puppy looking for a family that is home enough to continue her house-training and teach her the basics. If you'd like to see more pictures of cute little Ruby, you can go to  http://www.imageevent.com/newrattitude/ruby   .Beginning March 1, 2025, our adoption fee is $250 for adult dogs or $300 for puppies under 6 months old.
