Lucy (is her name).She is approximately 25 weeks old, possibly a little older, but definitely under 6 months. She is a friendly, high-energy puppy who is sweet, gentle, and incredibly adorable. She loves people and gets along well with other dogs. I’m not sure how she does with other animals, as I haven’t had the opportunity to observe her around them.She has a wonderful personality and would make a great addition to a loving home. My now mom isn’t a bad person she just knows I deserve a better life that she cannot provide for me at this time.

Poor, sweet Petunia was a terrific mess of mats and foxtails, she needed help - badly! Fortunately she landed at the Porterville Shelter and they took care of her! Now at Milo and gearing up to find the loving home and spoiling she deserves for the rest of her life! Currently weighing under 13 pounds, too small to be left outside which clearly she was….But Petunia is resilient and will bounce back and learn to trust and soak up the love and comforts she craves. Petunia's amazing foster had the following to say about her: Petunia is a sweet little baby who just wants to be your lapdog and shadow. She is good with other dogs and wants to play with them. She is a little fearful of others walking by on the street but has done great with leash and potty training. She was neglected for so long but never lost sight of the pleasure of human connection. She is super gentle, super soft, likes to wear clothes, and is quite silly when she plays. She would be an amazing family dog, and will make anyone with a lap happy!
