Our amazing, silly, cuddly, full of life and love, Farrah (affectionately known as Fairy by the three year old in her foster home) is OFFICIALLY available for adoption. Going from being found as a matted stray with a broken femur to now a three legged groomed beauty, never once did Farrah show signs of a broken spirit. Her resilience is contagious and we can't wait to find her a family that will truly appreciate her spunky and happy nature. Farrah is potty trained, crate trained, good with dogs and kids, and treats everyone she meets like her best friend. She is curious about cats, and wants to chase, but could probably live with cats with proper introductions. No apartments for this girl, she is a barker! Farrah would love a backyard, and another dog or child in the home to play with. The adoption fee for Farrah is $400. This donation helps to cover veterinary expenses including spay/neuter, microchip and vaccinations. Wish Upon a Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit, foster based animal rescue. He is a very sweet and mellow dog that is great with other dogs. Henri is very affectionate and quiet (not a barker). He is house-trained and great in a car. Henri is scared of the leash, so his adopter should plan to continue to work with him on this. Henri has dry eye and will need eye meds the rest of his life. Danny is sweet and adorable and needs sponsors for his medical care. Danny was found as a stray and taken to a shelter. Both of his eyes were damaged so they were removed, he was neutered he got a dental, is up to date on shots, micro-chipped, heart-worm and fecal tested negative. He gets along fine being blind and is good with other dogs. He is about 15 years old, 13 lbs, a shih tzu, He is very comfortable in his foster home so we consider him a forever foster. She has lived in a cage her entire life, so she is not house or leash trained. Because Emily is very skittish and fearful, she will do best in a quiet home with a patient, experienced adopter (with no young children) willing to work with her and let her get comfortable at her own pace. She would do best in a male-only household. She will need a fenced yard with another calm, socialized dog to teach her the ropes. She is starting to show her adventurous side by exploring her foster home, enjoying looking out the window, and being outside.
