I was just groomed so I am extremely handsome right now and I'm looking for my forever family. My forever family should be kind of low-key with only older children. I'm good with other dogs I don't bother the cats and I love lots of attention and pets from my human. I am a sweet little boy with a silly disposition. Hi, I’m Ivy I’m a 5-month-old Shih Tzu with a pink bow, a playful spirit, and so much love to give. I love toys. I love other dogs. Playtime is my happy place, and cuddles? Even better. I’m sweet, and always ready to be your little sidekick. I may be small, but my personality is mighty. I also want to share my story… I was going to be euthanized by my breeder — simply because I wasn’t “perfect.” Thankfully, a rescue stepped in and saved my life. Here’s my truth: I’m incontinent and I don’t have control of my back legs. I wear a diaper (and I’m very good about it!), need help with changes, and can’t do stairs. But none of that stops me from living a full, joyful life. I scoot wherever I want to go and don’t let anything dim my sparkle. Dusty is an adorable 3-year-old special needs Shih Tzu. He was abandoned in our lobby by his owner because she could no longer care for him. He was so confused as to what was going on, but he slowly began to trust. Dusty was so heavily matted we could barely see him, but when the veterinarians shaved his fur, they noticed his left eye had glaucoma. His eye was removed and he is recovering in his foster home. Missing one eye has not slowed him down. He is very inquisitive of everything around him. He is in a foster home with 4 other furry brothers and sisters.
