Dunkin born 12/17/23. A very sweet boy. He is a nice mix of calm and playful. He loves to sit on your lap. Playful but not hyper. He gets along well with everyone including children. Adoption fee is 950.00. Located in the south. Needs work on training.   Thank you for choosing rescue! We are volunteers with other commitments in addition to rescue. Our time is very limited. Skipper was born Sept 2023. Adorable and friendly! he should be under 15 lbs as an adult. he loves everyone including dogs and children! Surrendered with sibling. They became too old to sell to a store. They were surrendered to rescue for that reason. Needs work on housetraining. They are currently in boarding in the midwest. He likes gentle pets and nuzzles while being held, and follows his foster all over the house. Waldo's perfect home will be a calm and mostly quiet environment, with a nurturing and attentive family who will embrace his medical needs and not leave him home alone often. He would do fine with children 12+ who respect his medical condition, but a household with young children is not advised. While he's not a dog that will play fetch or run around the yard with you, Waldo is the perfect guy if you're looking for a calm and gentle lap dog to be your companion.   Bandit is a 2- to 3-year-old Shih Tzu mix with a great personality.  (Look at that face!)  Even though he weighs only about 10 pounds, his love of life is huge!  He’s a very dapper fella, too, with his long white and tan coat and his tail that curls over his back.  He’s especially proud of that tail and tries to show it off whenever possible.  Although we aren’t sure how he is around small children, Bandit gets along well with other dogs as well as his foster’s cat. He's a terrific dog!  (posted 3/13/23, TN) **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption: $395 which covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip and an Alabama State Health Certificate.   Transport, if needed  $160   We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip . Story

Kimora’s a 10yo 10lb Shih Tzu mix. She’s dog and kid friendly. She’s housebroken when kept on a schedule and her people are alert to her signs. She is left in an Xpen with pee pads when foster goes out since she is blind. She is used to a fenced in yard which makes it easier since she is blind. She likes cuddling next to her people on the sofa and loves getting pets especially enjoys getting her head and ears rubbed. She will follow her person around the house then other times she will go off on her own, climb up soft steps onto the sofa, curl up and sleep. She will bark if she wants to get down. Kimora MUST have people who understand caring for a blind dog. If your home DOES NOT fit this please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone not a fit. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Our fosters are all volunteers so aren’t always able to travel too far. Kimora is almost completely blind. She does see some light and reacts if you put your hand towards her face. She’s spayed, vaccinated, HW negative and microchipped. Currently fostered in Feasterville, PA.
