Meet Zeppelin! This handsome butterscotch buddy is about 2.5 years old as of 12/25. He was originally purchased for a specific type of training, but as he matured, it was evident that he didn't have the confidence required for such a job. He is better suited as a house dog and companion. His best friend is our cattle dog mix, Toast, and we would love for them to go to a home together. Pepper earned her name thanks to her silky black coat sprinkled with the most adorable white accents on her chin, belly, and paws—like salt shaken just so over a classic favorite.Right about 2 months old, this girl will probably grow up to be around 80 lbs. Pepper is truly a heart-melter. Her playful spirit, soft curls, and gentle nature make her a joy to be around, whether she’s romping with her foster’s Doberman or soaking up love from kids (she’s wonderful with them!). She’s been impressively polite for a puppy, sticking to puppy pads from day one, and while she enjoys exploring the outdoors, she’d prefer to do it without the chill—this girl is more cozy café than frozen tundra.Toy-loving and eager to please, Pepper is easily redirected if curiosity gets the best of her. At night, she sleeps soundly in her own bed… though she’d happily accept an invite to snuggle with her people instead. She’s generally a quiet pup, but if she feels left out, she’ll let you know with a soft little puppy protest—after all, no one likes missing out on the fun.In short? Graham is a Purebred Standard (Red) Poodle…and most definitely a Perfect Pup. He’s about 6 years old, and weight 63 lbs. He definitely is a good looking dog, sure to get plenty of attention when he’s out and about town!! Graham joined us from a very large dog ranch in Florida. He was a breeder release, and, initially, is not particularly trusting of people he does not know. He does not growl or such, but is just hesitant with unknown people. New people need to earn his trust and affection. We do believe some abusive treatment is a part of his past. Unlike his timid and shy demeanor with new people, Graham absolutely loves other dogs and warms up to new canine friends quickly. He loves playing with them and cuddling with them too. Graham walks very nicely on a leash, enjoys car rides and is a great passenger, is housebroken and is crate trained. He is fully vetted, neutered, and microchipped. Although we love Graham, it is time for him to move along to a forever home of his own. These seven pups were brought to one of our partners as an unwanted litter after their family could no longer care for them. These puppies are friendly, smart, and eager to please. They have started leash training and are doing very well. During their time with us, they have gotten along great with our staff, volunteers, and other dogs. They co-house peacefully and enjoy both playtime and settling in for quiet moments.Two of the pups recently attended an adoption event and absolutely loved meeting new people—they soaked up the attention and handled the busy environment beautifully.They would do well in an active home, with a yard to explore, or with families that have older children. Francie is a poodle mix about 14 pounds estimated to be eight years of age. She has a tiny bit of spunk and character, but also is just a sweet, loving snuggling companion - if a lap or a couch is available she is there !! And if you are busy at a desk she will choose the floor next to you to be close. She is not a barker! She will confine quietly when you are away however prefers to of course sleep in your bed if possible! Shes great on leash good with other dogs great with kids! With routine, she will do her potty outside, but she definitely needs the watchful eye. We have learned in foster care that she does need to be let out frequently so we believe that a Fenced Yard would help her be her best self in her future home. Sadly, this girl was found stray and heartworm positive! Shes doing awesome with treatment and is now available for adoption! As an eight-year-old dog in our rescue, she has had her blood work checked, her urine checked and her teeth cleaned! Shes all set and ready for kisses and snuggles! Ray is an 8-month-old miniature poodle mix with a heart full of love and legs built for speed! This sweet, energetic boy is the perfect blend of cuddle bug and playful tornado. His long legs give him supercharged zoomies thatll make you laugh out loud, and when hes done racing around, hes all about snuggling up for a cozy nap in your lap. Rays favorite pastime? Stealing toys from his three big-dog foster brothers and turning the yard into his personal playground. Hes house trained, crate trained, and ready to charm his way into your heart.
